Accommodation on the ground floor of a luxury property in the residential area of the coast where villas lined with Mediterranean vegetation prevail on the buildings.

Neat services for this apartment with contemporary and functional furniture with pleasant shades of light and bright shades of snow, silver, honey and chocolate.
Area of approximately 45m2 including: a living room with non-convertible sofa and coffee tables overlooking a kitchen equipped with induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, etc. ... Please note: the kitchen and the living room have direct access to the garden.

2 separate bedrooms: the first with a 140 cm x 190 cm bed, slatted bed base and brand mattresses for optimal comfort.

The apartment overlooks a garden of about 70m2 with light fixtures and outdoor furniture, gas grill, for outdoor dining. The loungers and hammocks await you in the shade of apricot. The sandy beach of "Péguière" is just 450 meters away. A parking space reserved for you in the villa.

Charges: In order to make us aware of our consumption, water, electricity and gas are collected (by means of individual meters) on your arrival and the day of your departure, they will be due at the end of your stay.

Deposit: an amount of 600,00 euros (by check of preference) will be asked to you at the handing over of the keys, for the holiday makers not having checkbook a bank transfer will have to be made 15 days before your arrival. This amount will be returned according to the procedure set up, within a week, after the inventory of your departure.

End of stay cleaning service 45,00 euro.

Nice, clean apartment, tastefully decorated. A little small for a family of four (two teenagers) and dog. Nice outside area and the gas grill was great. The hostess was extraordinarily helpful with all her tips and information and warm-hearted.

Propriété magnifique dans un endroit calme. L’appartement était décoré avec goût et très fonctionnel. La climatisation est un plus surtout sous de grosses chaleur. L’endroit est calme, propice à la détente. Propriétaire discrète, chaleureuse et accueillante. Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances à cet endroit. Nous le recommandons vivement.

Photos conformes sur le bien proposé. Bonne situation près de la plage mais au calme. Appartement confortable bien équipée qui mérite ses étoiles. Accompagnants : Appartement joliment décoré et jardin très agréable. Parfaitement équipé (réfrigérateur, machine à café, bouilloire, fer à repasser, grille-pain, four, machine à laver et barbecue) tout est à disposition pour nous faciliter la vie au quotidien. Literie confortable et appartement à 5 minutes à pied de la plage de la pleguiere. Propriétaire très accueillante et disponible. Mme Sokheng. Appartement confortable, pratique, bien équipé qui donne directement sur un jardin très agréable. Mme Alicia.

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé chez Madame Bairoch. Très professionnelle du début à la fin. Description de l'appartement fidèle à la réalité. Extrêmement propre dans un environnement calme et proche de la plage. Adresse à recommander !
