About this house rental
The bungalow is located in a beautiful and spacious complex of bungalows in the urbanization Campo Internacional de Maspalomas, with 2 swimming pools (adults + children).
Outside, comfortable public and free parking, and 40 mt. a small Mall with Supermarket, restaurants, terraces and bike rental.
In the surroundings you can visit:
- Holiday World Amusement Park
- South Park (extensive public park)
- Sports area for soccer
- Maspalomas Market (markets are made several days a week)
- Maspalomas International Golf Course (18 holes).
- Playa del Inglés 1.5 km. The Aqualand water park is 2 km away.
The famous and beautiful Playa de Maspalomas with its Dunes, is 1.5 km away. Approximately and you can go on foot in a short time.
Our Bungalow has a total area of 200 m2. (70 m2 of housing and the rest of private garden with lawn)
It has free fiber optic Internet.
The house consists of:
KITCHEN: fully equipped (oven, large fridge, ceramic hob, cutlery, crockery, dishwasher, etc.), with small extendable kitchen table and independent laundry where the washing machine, thermos and cleaning material are.
MAIN BEDROOM: double bed 2.00 x190 mt. , with built-in wardrobe, dressing table and TV with SAT on the wall.
BEDROOM: with 2 single beds, built-in wardrobe, dresser and safe (free)
BATHROOM: spacious and comfortable with shower.
SOLARIUM: uncovered interior space, ideal for sunbathing in privacy.
LIVING ROOM: spacious with large Sat TV on the wall, sofa armchair and air conditioner (Inverter) that covers the entire house.
TERRACE covered in the garden, with large dining table for 6 people, auxiliary furniture and floor lamp. as a dining and relaxing area.
PRIVATE GARDEN with lawn. It is spacious, and fenced with beautiful flowerbeds.
The NEIGHBORS are generally retired people of various nationalities who live for long periods or owners with their families who come mostly in the summer months, which makes the whole complex very quiet.

We had a very pleasant stay in the bungalow, with a family of 3 adults, a toddler and a baby. The bungalow was spacious enough for all of us, especially because of the big terras and fenced garden, which is perfect with young children. The bungalow is very well-equiped with sunbeds, towels and sheets, washing machine, kitchen utensils,... all one might need is there and we felt like we could ask Maria anything. Overall a wonderfull experience!
