About this house rental
The 55-meter Bungalow, recently renovated and decorated, is located in a very quiet area and is distributed in a bedroom, living-kitchen, bathroom and two terraces (one interior and one exterior). The master bedroom has two single beds of 0.90 by 1. 90 m., Has wardrobe, bedside tables, chest of drawers and air conditioning. It gives access to a small interior terrace, where there are large appliances, such as washing machine, etc. The living room has a four-seater sofa convertible into a 1.50 by 2m bed, 49-inch TV, wifi and air conditioning. Access to the terrace from the living room where you can enjoy stunning sunny days in your hammocks or meals outdoors. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, oven, digial microwave and small appliances such as juicer, blender, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and kitchenware. The bathroom, large space, has a large shower with thermostatic grife.
The complex has two swimming pools, one for adults and another for children with all security systems, also has a pool bar where you can eat very well. Walking is located 2 min from the supermarket and restaurants.
On the other hand, the temperate climate and the pleasant temperature of the bathing water (between 18 degrees of the winter months and 22 of the rest of the year) allows the beaches to be enjoyed all year round.
Thanks to the good temperature that the island has throughout the year, on average about 24 °, it makes it possible to enjoy the best beaches on the island throughout the year, such as Playa de Maspalomas, which can be reached by car in 5 min. Going further south you can find many more beaches, Puerto Rico, Amadores, Mogan etc.
Gran Canaria lacks extreme temperatures and allows you to practice almost any outdoor sport throughout the year (golf, tennis, paddle, sailing, windsurfing ...). The Maspalomas Golf Course is located about 500 mt

My wife and I stayed at this bungalow from 21st June to 5th July 2025Carlos and Elizabeth are the best hosts, and the communication was excellent, the checkin and checkout were seemless.We were welcommed into their bungalow with warm open arms and fruit and water to help us until we were able to get to the shops.The property - Absolutely spotless, loved it so much and it had simply everything you would need to fulfill your holiday, even down to shopping bags, cold bag for cold drinks on hot beach days, to name only a couple.... The shower - pure bliss!Loved the Aircon, it had seperate aircons in the sitting room and bedroom and they were very welcomed due to the heat at this time of year especially!It had insect screens on all doors to stop insects from coming into the property, that was a first for us and we have travelled a lot and such a great idea.I truly cannot find a negative at all with this property.We very much look forward to coming back to this property the next time we come to Gran Canaria.I would highly recommend this bungalow.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in diesem Bungalow. Wir haben uns dort noch wohler gefühlt als in dem Luxushotel, wo wir die Woche zuvor verbracht hatten. Der Empfang durch Carlos und Elizabeth war freundlich und herzlich. Der Bungalow ist gemütlich. Alles was wir brauchten war vorhanden, sogar ein Safe für die Wertsachen. Ein Supermarkt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Matratzen sind sehr bequem. Oft konnten wir auf der Terrasse frühstücken, wo morgens schon die Sonne scheint. Wir wollen diesen Bungalow im nächsten Jahr auf jeden Fall wieder mieten.

Thank you Carlos for letting us stay in your property. It was nice and modern and very well equipped. It was also very nice of you to meet us at the property and show us around. The guide book was also quite helpful for finding things to do but it would be nice to have some more information about the local area, bars, restaurants, shops etc. It is ideally located for those who want to be near enough to the beaches but not in the thick of it all, and the property is also well located for exploring the rest of the island. A hire car is thoroughly recommended.Hope to be back one day.Gracias Carlos por permitirnos permanecer en su propiedad. Fue agradable y moderno y muy bien equipado.También fue muy amable de su parte reunirse con nosotros en la propiedad y mostrarnos todo. La guía también fue muy útil para encontrar cosas que hacer, pero sería bueno tener más información sobre el área local, bares, restaurantes, tiendas, etc.Está idealmente ubicado para aquellos que quieran estar lo suficientemente cerca de las playas, pero no en el peor de todos, y la propiedad también está bien ubicada para explorar el resto de la isla. Se recomienda encarecidamente un coche de alquiler.Espero volver algún día.
