About this house rental

A wonderful place for people who love peace and nature, yet close to the lively town of Saint-Chinian.

It is a small renovated cottage with open plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms and french doors opening onto a sunny terrace equipped with a pergola for the necessary shade.

The house is situated on a site of over 4 acres of pinewood that are part of the property. The site is shared with the owners who live in an other cottage about 50 meters away. Both places are very private. Your terrace is not overlooked and your view over the rolling vineyards towards Saint-Chinian is unobstructed.

La Pineda is located in the Parc Naturel Régional du Haut Languedoc, an area renowned for its natural beauty, outdoor leisure and sporting activities.

Even in winter a comfortable nice house. There is a wood stove for the colder months.

La maison est merveilleusement située et confortable. Tout était propre et les propriétaires étaient très gentils et suffisamment éloignés de la maison de vacances. La maison est située avec une vue magnifique sur la vallée, et on est à 5 minutes du centre de Saint Chinian avec boulangerie, pâtisserie et un bon grand supermarché. Conseils: canoë depuis Roquebrun, le moulin de Saint Chinian et bien sûr les Caves de la région
