HOLIDAY RENTAL IN ST DENIS D'OLERON
In the center of a new house of 78 m2, 5 minutes' walk from shops and 10 from the port and beaches.
It includes on the ground floor:
A 35m2 living room with large sofa convertible into a 140 bed, dining area and fitted kitchen.
An independent toilet and large cellar to store bike or beach equipment.
Upstairs :
A first bedroom with 140 cm bed and large closet
A second bedroom with a 90 bunk bed, a single 90 bed and a large closet
A bathroom with walk-in shower wc and teak vanity unit.
Outside there is a patio of 9 m2 close overlooking a small pedestrian lane
A closed terrace of 15m2 with table and bench
A private parking space facing the stone wall.
Equipment :
Dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner electric hob, extractor hood, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge with small freezer, TV, DVD player

Très belle location idéalement placée dans saint Denis . Proximité du marché et de la plage .

Maison très bien équipée, l'ensemble est bien étudié. Les deux espaces extérieurs sont un plus. La place de parking est très appréciable.

Maison très bien entretenue .propre ..il ne manque rien ...a deux kilomètres du port.se fait facilement à pied ... Petit marché tout les matins...les gents sont très agréables ...je me suis rendue chez la petite coiffeuse très bien accueilli. Et très gentille....les propriétaires sont charmants. ....super agréable... soucieux de notre installation ..bref le top...nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir...merci beaucoup de votre gentillesse ...codiay MR et MME Masset Marylène ... Nous voulions être entre terre et mer et Saint Denis d'Oléron l'a fait. La maison mise à notre disposition était conforme à la description. A l'écart du bruit, ses deux terrasses sont très agréables et la maison est très bien entretenue. Merci pour cet agréable moment passé dans votre maison. Laurence
