very easy to book, staff are helpful & hospitable, clean place and spacious for a couple (Deluxe) to move around and with a small kitchen area with sink where you can wash your travel bottle, etc. VALUE for Money! Thank you!

Noisy, noisy, noisy...
Chickenfarm in the backyard, mainroad in the front.
Old and extremely loud Aircon
Standard rooms with shared bathroom, "deluxe rooms" with small double bed have no lockers but a totally useless seating set for 4 people.😀
Nothing in the rooms to store your stuff, not even some hooks at the door/wall.
No bathroom sink, you need to brush teeth at the room sink.
A small fridge is placed on a stand instead of providing a regular one without the need of a stand.
Curtains are dark but dont blind out the light.
No insulation. You clearly hear your neighbours on the floor and through the walls.
Positive thing is the rooftop bar/restaurant with daily different offers for food and happy hours.
All in all there are better accomodation offers in Dumaguete for less money 💰
