The thoughtful layout is structured around three separate sleeping wings, each with its own bathroom, plus an additional fourth bathroom connected to the pool area, all featuring comfortable underfloor heating. The central heart of the home is the tastefully decorated open-plan living and dining lounge, which features a spacious XL-kitchen with all modern amenities, a dining area, and a sitting nook with a flat-screen TV and a cozy wood-burning stove. Right across from the living area, you will find the massive activity room, guaranteeing hours of entertainment with pool/billiards, table tennis, table football, darts, and a PlayStation 2, alongside a music system and a second comfortable sofa lounge with its own flat-screen TV. The sleeping arrangements consist of eight comfortable bedrooms (six rooms with double beds and two rooms with single beds) and two cozy sleeping lofts, all thoughtfully fitted with high-quality box mattresses. Due to the grand size of the house, the final cleaning fee deviates from the standard list price.
