About this house rental
Stone house completely renovated in 2013 combining the charm of the old and modern comfort located in the heart of the Massif de la Clape.
The house is located 9 kms from the Mediterranean beaches and 8 kms from Narbonne.
On site you will find all the amenities: bakery, butcher, post office, hairdresser, grocery and cooperative cellar (sale and wine tasting of the village).
On the ground floor are a large living area with 60 m2 living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area overlooking a stone interior patio and a large terrace garden side with pool.
On the first floor, four bedrooms all air conditioned about 14 m2 including one with shower room and private terrace. A complete independent bathroom as well as a second separate toilet. A second bedroom has a large terrace-solarium with views of the patio and pool.
The swimming pool (9 x 4 m) with bar cover will allow you to relax throughout your stay.
Closed garage with large cellar, private outdoor parking space.
Many trails from the village will allow you to discover the Massif de la Clape (walking or mountain biking).

Das Haus ist wunderschön, sehr gepflegt, sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist sehr geräumig und mit der Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es fehlte an Nichts. Es ist der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen. Der Vermieter ist äußerst freundlich und unkompliziert, für Fragen stets erreichbar und bei jedem Problem sofort zur Stelle.
Armissan ist ein hübsches und liebenswertes Örtchen mit Bäcker, Metzger, einem kleinem Einkaufsladen und Weinerzeugung mit Verkaufs-und Probierladen.
Der Ort liegt verkehrstechnisch günstig zwischen Autobahnanschluss (Ausflüge), Narbonne und dem Strand.

We had a fabulous holiday in Michel's house in Armissan. The house has been beautifully restored and is very spacious with a lovely garden and pool. The children loved the pool and we enjoyed fresh figs from the tree in the garden for breakfast every morning. There is a baker, butcher and small grocery shop in the village which is really helpful. The house is about 15mins from Narbonne beach which is beautiful and was not crowded even in August. It is also 15 mins drive from Narbonne where there is a big Carrefour and huge local market selling local products. We visited Carcassone, Montpellier, Collioure. We would also recommend a trip to Abbaye Fontfroide where we sampled delicious local wine and had a fabulous lunch! Michel was very welcoming and was available to deal with any queries we had during our stay.

House is very spacious and well designed, the kitchen is very well equipped, all appliances are excellent and brand new. Also everything was immaculately clean and well looked after.
All is very well set up for children if any age.
The garden is lovely, we enjoyed fresh figs from the fig tree every day! The pool is lovely and big, much bigger than on the pictures!
We had a magnificent holiday, Michel and his wife could not be more friendly and helpful, they are perfect hosts!
We cannot wait to return!

Wir waren mit 5 Personen für 3 Wochen in diesem tollen Haus und es hat uns super gut gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr modern und ansprechend eingerichtet. Es war genug Geschirr, Gläser, Besteck da, die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die Matrazen waren fest und nicht durchgelegen, so dass wir gut schlafen konnten.Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut. Der Pool wurde alle 3 Tage gereinigt. Es gab genügend Liegen am Pool. Im Dorf , um die Ecke gibt es einen Becker und einen Metzger und falls man mal eine Kleinigkeit benötigt, findet man noch einen kleineren Laden mit Zahnbürsten und dem täglichen Bedarf. Das Haus liegt am Ende der Straße und es ist sehr ruhig und erholsam. Die Strände sind traumhaft schön und im Juni auch demetsprechend leer. Wir haben uns rund herum wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit unseren Urlaub wieder dort verbringen. Wer keine Lust hat, im Urlaub zu waschen, sollte vielleicht noch das ein oder andere Handtuch mitbringen.
