Casita DOLCEVITA is a totally independent, lovely, and cozy apartment, with direct and exclusive access and use to the patio, hot tube, and garden. The unit is located on the 1st floor of a hillside house that has another independent unit on the 2nd floor, not included in the booking. The property is just 15 min from San Diego and the beaches. The Casita is decorated with elegance according to a fun and very trendy theme: the Cactus & Nature it's located in a beautiful, characteristic little town, La Mesa Village (in San Diego County), and surrounded by a half-acre of garden with hibiscus, pines, avocados, lemons, bougainvillea, cactus, plumeria, and many other plants and flowers. The garden is always full of all kinds of birds.
The apartment is fully equipped with all comforts, including Apple TV, a Projector, a Cinema stand-up screen, Bluetooth speakers... It's internally organized with a living room space with a full sofa bed (queen) and large patio doors with a garden view; a kitchen overlooking the living room; a bathroom with bathtub and a bedroom with a superb bed in colonial style king size and top in memory foam. The house is also very cool in summer and pleasantly warm in winter and is equipped with air conditioning and heating. The property is 15 minutes by car from the center of San Diego. Lake Murray is 7 minutes by car. We provide to our guests with all the necessities: body soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper rolls, hand soap, extra virgin olive oil, pepper, salt, balsamic vinegar, coffee, dish soap, and surface cleaner. Once this has been used up, the guests will have to provide for their own needs by purchasing them independently.
