Apartment of 30 m2, ideal 2-4 people, 5 people possible, completely renovated in 2015, the ground floor in a traditional Savoyard chalet. A small south facing terrace allows sunbathing and admiring the view of the plateau SAIX.
Quiet, starting from the Col de Joux Plane, 700m from the center of SAMOENS and 800m free shuttles (Bridge Clévieux) for access to ski lifts. In winter, you can fully enjoy the beautiful area of the "Grand Massif" which includes the stations of SAMOENS Les Carroz, Sixt, Morillon and Flaine. The summer of many activities such as white water sports, climbing, paragliding are possible.
The apartment has lots of charm and is very functional with an equipped kitchen and a single bedroom and a spacious bathroom.
A private wine cellar and a common cellar is available to store a wide variety of equipment (skis, bicycles, paragliders ...)

Une location confortable et agréable nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Les propriétaires sont avenants et charmants.

Couple avec un enfant, nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans le chalet Le Torrent. L'appartement est bien situé, bien exposé, fraîchement refait, pas très grand mais très bien agencé et équipé, avec une literie de qualité et un chauffage performant. Petit bémol pour la vaisselle un peu limitée et fatiguée, mais super bon point pour les paniers qui permettent de sécher les gants et les bonnets, et pour la cave qui accueille le matériel de ski ou de randonnée. Propriétaires attentifs et d'un bon contact. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!
