With a breathtaking view you can enjoy a Tuscan holiday in the countryside in a beautiful location: wi-fi, swimming pool, barbecue, garden to dine outdoors and spend unforgettable moments
Inside the house you will be welcomed by the typical Italian furniture characteristic of countryside of Lucca.
The garden allows you to experience unique sensations in its thousand suggestive corners: the bench under the olive tree to enjoy the view, the antique tables to have breakfast with nature, the swimming pool with the '700 lampposts, excellent for swimming, with deck chairs and sun loungers, ping pong among the olive trees and much more will envelop your senses at Villa dell'Ortensia.
The Villa is 220 square meters, elegant in all its finishes, is spread over 3 floors:
Ground floor: the lounge with sofas and tables and chairs, unique artistic pieces reflect the taste of the owner, an art dealer from nearby Pietrasanta who brought his sensations to the interior of the house.
A kitchen suitable for cooking any tasty Tuscan recipe, bathroom are on the same floor.
First floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms and 1 with two single beds. The murals that give character to the room are very particular.
A large bathroom and a service bathroom are available to guests. outside, in another part of the house there is the 4 bedroom , bathroom and the laundry area.

The owner lives in the annex.
The owner is very discreet and will let you experience the villa in your privacy. he is often away on business.
The entrance to the gate is shared with him

Pisa (20km), Firenze (60Km), Versilia (25km), Siena (120km).
Dirt road uphill but easy to travel to reach the Villa which is located in a beautiful area of the city, on top of a hill with a unique view. The car is necessary to reach restaurants and shops.
The last part of the road (600 meters) are uphill road with some curves. Made the first time you will get used to doing it without problems!
Heating On request: 30 euros per day.
Pet only on request: 80 euro per week

The drive to the villa is quite challenging the first time but Bruno the owner met us and helped guide us and so worthwhile for the stunning location and views. After the first time it really wasn’t an issue.Bruno couldn’t be more helpful.Highly recommend.

Das Grundstück/Haus/Pool sind wunderbar. Der Besitzer Bruno (der mit auf dem Grundstück wohnt, was okay ist, aber erwähnt werden sollte) ist freundlich und direkt - hält alles sauber und ordentlich. Katzenliebhaber haben Glück. Der Weg zum Haus erfordert einen wendigen SUV oder sehr gute Fahrkenntnisse und Mut. Unser VW-Bus hatte Probleme, weil sehr steil, enge Kurven, steiniger Waldweg... insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt in einem tollen Ambiente!!!
