You are at "Olive Bleue-cogolin" PRIVATE POOL FOR YOU ONLY.
Come and relax, share our tranquility.
The property and in 1 place close to the shops. The great strength of this rental is its private pool area with the double kitchen so a Pool-House facing south. Note: Pool & Pool-house closed in low season (November to March).
Secure, fenced, private parking, motorized gate. Wall-mounted air-conditioned rental, 3 large rooms: 1 large room 36m² 1 bed 160cm with mattress and relaxation 1 Mattress relaxing electronic back massage and Table Billiard. A very large living room Fully equipped kitchen materials of great qualities. Dining room, TV, sofa bed. A very large bathroom. Angle bathtub & 2 sinks. All this with 1 WiFi access.
ESPACE POOL-HOUSE: entirely private, it includes a fully equipped summer kitchen, plancha, electric BBQ & charcoal, fridge, microwave, induction hob, kettle, espresso, 2 tables, chairs, dishes, kitchen utensils . In this space there is a shower & toilet.
A garden for lounging or sunbathing at your disposal. For sportsmen, a badminton net, these rackets, and a ping-pong table are waiting for you! The rental is 1 large space of 87sqm in the top of the villa. Only one rental in the Place. The owner is next door, we are discreet & available with the pleasure of receiving you.
Hairdresser service possible on site if needed.
The property is 800m from the Village near amenities at 350m and the countryside.
*RULES AND RESERVATION POLICY, ADDITIONAL DETAILS :
For everyone's comfort, please take note of these points:
-Faced with the current situation, our cleaning protocol is rigorous.
- 1 Rental contract "model specimen" will be sent automatically by the platform for any reservation request (in French or English on request) the personalized contract will include the terms and conditions.
- In order not to be debited, the deposit will not be applied online but will be deposited at the arrival: French check or cash 620€ returned the day of departure.
- The maximum capacity is 3 persons, (adult or child)
- Electricity: from October to the end of April is extra / meter consumption.
- The cleaning will be left clean, or it will be done on request, in supplement.
- The linen if you wish it is in option: kitchen towels, and bathrooms
pack sheets, (prepared bed).
- The place is not adapted to any animal: welcome 1 small, provide 1 supplement.
- Smokers are accepted on condition that they smoke outside.
- At the reception 1 courtesy tray will be offered.
RECOMMENDED PERIODS: Out of season, the gulf and more Zen. The stay with us will please you share its location close to the countryside, close to the splendours of the Gulf & trendy evenings. Everything is gathered to diversify your calm or hectic activities.

Tout est fait pour passer un très bon séjour, les propriétaires sont à la fois disponibles lorsqu'il le faut et discrets au quotidien.

Die Wohnung ist praktisch, sauber und gemütlich unter dem Dach. Man hat keine direkte Terasse aus der Wohnung, sondern geht eine Treppe nach unten, durch das Büro der Besitzer und am Friseursalon vorbei nach hinten in den Garten mit Pool. Der ist sehr hübsch und man hat alles für sich allein. Uns hat es nicht gestört, aber das sollte man wissen, dass man doch immer auf Leute auf dem Grundstück trifft inkl. der Besitzer. Diese sind sehr nett und freundlich und sind sehr zurückgezogen. Man sollte jedoch französisch sprechen können, da sie kein Englisch sprechen. Alles in allem ein komfortabler, erholsamer Aufenthalt auf großem Grundstück mit Parkmöglichkeit, nette Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Die Sommerküche haben wir nicht genutzt, weil es abends zum Kochen im Oktober schon zu früh dunkel und zu frisch ist. Zudem hatten wir abends draußen sehr viele Mücken, da wollten wir nicht draußen essen. Wirklich sehr nette Besitzer.

Géographiquement bien situé . Proximité du très joli village à pied, sans voiture pratique pour les courses. Point central pour excursions. Tranquilité, propreté, gentillesse des propriétaires, de l'espace, beaucoup de place et des prestations conformes à la description. Séjour agréable dont nous gardons l'adresse pour un prochain séjour.
