Between MEDITERRANEAN and MASSIF DES MAURES and their respective activities (water sports, hiking, mountain biking, golf, leisure parks ...), and near the stars on vacation; YOUR STAY will take place in our MAS (CLIMATISE (New reversible air conditioning, works realized in February 2017), and ACCESS WIFI) in REZ OF GARDEN, adjoining with villa (on PRIVATE PROPERTY of 1500m2); entrance, parking, garden area with shaded terrace are PRIVATE; COMFORT and EQUIPMENTS are 'AS IN THE HOME' to receive you FAMILY or BETWEEN FRIENDS. As soon as you get up, your VUE will focus on the garden QUINQUAGENES PINS. LES TERRAIN de BOULES, the HAMAC are at your disposal as well as access to the PRIVATE POOL (# see 'More details' below this text #). You can go on foot to the PROVENCAL MARKET or the SUPERMARCHE (5 minutes); you can envisage YOUR HOLIDAY in all periods (possibility of hiring at the night except summer season). At your ARRIVAL, a WELCOME APERITIF will be prepared for you to START YOUR HOLIDAY !!! PROMOTIONS of the moment SEE 'RATES'.
Bed linen, towels, bathroom towels are not provided during the months of June July August. Option of 15 € / pers and per stay. Departure cleaning option: 45 €.
Private swimming pool: Superb swimming pool of traditional construction of 9.50mx4.50m, with broad staircase of access serving small bath with toddlers.
Constant depth of 1.65m.
The private pool is shared with the owners (1 adult and 2 children 21 and 22 years) and that's why we have established schedules for everyone to enjoy the maximum of this space recreation and relaxation without fear of mutual harm. The hours planned for you, vacationers, and you will be the only profiteers of the swimming pool during these moments there, are: 9h-19h.
Our Cogolin has a non-negligible artisan appeal, recognized worldwide; especially for its carpets (some have been exported to the Middle East, in the most beautiful palaces!), its briar pipes from the Massif des Maures (reputation equal to those of St Claude).
Reeds (small accessories, vibrating essential to the tips of some wind instruments), are (they say in the music world), the best in the world and are manufactured here, with the canisses, harvested on our land!
A very dynamic "Le Lizard" café-theater offers comedy shows every Friday and Saturday night.
A guided tour, free, organized by the tourist office in our village, will explain our history in the heart of the Gulf of St Tropez!
Do not forget, too, our Marina, one of the largest in Europe!With youth activities on the beach all summer and shows and night entertainment from June to September!

nous avons passé d'agréablement vacances, le logement est super propre nous avons vraiment été comme chez nous, et la piscine super géniale merci à madame Laboulais pour sa discrétion et son super accueil

Excellent séjour ! Logement parfait avec la climatisation bien appréciée en été. Jardin magnifique avec un terrain de pétanque et que dire de la piscine rien que pour nous le top ! De plus la propriétaire est extrêmement sympathique. Vacances vraiment parfaites !

Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre passage en août 2009. L'accueil très aimable de la propriétaire et sa discrétion nous ont permis un excellent séjour. Nos filles (11 et 12ans) gardent en mémoire les innombrables ploufs dans la piscine en compagnie des filles des bailleurs et pour nous ce furent, par conséquent, des vacances vraiment reposantes. Il est à noter que l'appartement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût et que les petites attentions des propriétaires traduisent le plaisir qu'ils ont à recevoir des locataires. La proximité de St Tropez et de Ste Maxime nous a permis de nous plonger dans l'animation les soirs et de rester au calme lorsque nous le souhaitions. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le chemin bis que la propriétaire nous a indiqué pour éviter la foule en allant vers les plages de St Tropez. Un unique bémol pource charmant logement en duplex, notament en cas de canicule : l'absence de climatisation. Mais les propriétaires y pensent. Nous reviendrons très certainement, nos enfants y veilleront. A recommander vivement !
