About this house rental

Detached house on enclosed garden of 850 m2 located in a quiet residential environment.
The main beach in Perros Guirec is within walking distance and the downtown shops. It is the same hiking trails along the pink granite coast.

The house consists of 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms and two toilets. The kitchen is fully equipped, Nespresso coffee included. A large wooden deck allows you to enjoy the garden.

This is a very nice family holiday home that the owner seems to rent out in the off season periods. Nice location, quiet and peaceful and just a 10 or 15 minute walk down the steps to Trestraou beach. Clean and tidy and generally well appointed, BUT not suitable for our party of 6 adults. There is a bedroom downstairs and a very good bathroom (basin, bath and separate shower), but upstairs the bathroom facilities are NOT convenient for the 3 double bedrooms.There is a toilet, but the bathroom (basin and shower) is effectively part of the largest bedroom, making it unusable for the occupants of the other 2 first floor bedrooms. This is probably fine for the owner and family, but not at all appropriate for the 6 or 8 adults who could potentially be sharing the house.The other facilities in the house were good (sadly only French TV, and we were not fluent enough in French to appreciate that). Certainly very comfortable, though the kitchen is on the small side. It would have been good to have had instructions on the heating system as it got a little chilly on occasions (the heating did come on sometimes, but it didn't seem to be automatically regulated by ambient temperature). Hot water was good though, and consistently available.Spacious inside and out - we enjoyed the rear patio when the weather permitted. It would be ideal for a large extended family (with smaller children).We really appreciated the owner allowing an early check in after our overnight sailing.

Very nice and spacious, well-equipped house and garden. Was perfect for our family of 6. The town beach is very close by via a footpath. Many other nice places close by to swim and hike. We recommend the boat trip to the 7-iles. Very friendly and helpful host.

nous avons passé quelques jours très sympathiques pour débuter la nouvelle année.maison très agréable,très propre,accueillante et très bien équipée. Nous avons pu faire de très belles promenades sur le sentier cotier et meme le marché du vendredi sans prendre la voiture! Nous étions 3 couples d'amis et garderons un très bon souvenir de notre réveillon 2010. Merci à madame x pour son accueil et sa gentillesse

Excellent séjour dans cette maison lumineuse dans laquelle on se sent très bien. Maison très bien équipée et agencée, elle est située à proximité de la plage, de la thalassothérapie, non loin du centre ville. De plus, la maison comporte un jardin permettant aux enfants de courir en toute sécurité.

La maison est spacieuse avec tout le confort, excellent équipement domestique, un bain de tranquillité en toute sérénité j'ai pu m'abreuver de lecture, effectivement cette maison est quelques minutes à pied à la place du Trestraou et du chemin de grande randonnée de la Côte de Granit rose, nous reviendrons avec certitude.

Une superbe maison, très bien équipée. Rien ne manque. Plage et commerçants à pied. Idéal avec des enfants, la maison est au fond d'une impasse. Aucune circulation. Le jardin est très bien entretenu. L'accueil est réalisée par Joëlle qui est prête à toutjours rendre service. Vive la Bretagne et la côte de granit rose.
