My family and I spent two months at Anne's property in Eguilles traveling from the USA. We have four kids aged 8-12 and it was a wonderful stay. Anne was very welcoming and accommodating throughout the summer (and she spoke to us in English as our French is very limited). She gave us recommendations and set us up with her friend who ran a summer camp down the street. We walked to town (about 7 mins, maybe 1/2 mile) about every day with the kids to get fresh croissants, baguets, and an espresso. We'd then get our supplies at the local market for lunch and dinner, which we'd eat at Anne's outdoor table. The view from the backyard and sunsets over the mountain were pretty incredible. Our walks and lovely lunches were a trip highlight. We did not have a car for the summer and rode the bus pretty much everywhere. The ride into Aix is fairly easy and it's a short walk to the bus stop from Anne's place. My wife and I would do our regular date night in Aix walking around the fountains and lovely cafes. We went to Aix regularly as it was fairly easy to access by bus or sometimes by Uber on the way home (about $21 Uber ride). One other note is it was hot in the south of France in the summer which is to be expected. The place is somewhat of an "indoor-outdoor" living, which we loved. We had the doors and windows open all summer and used fans at night. It took a bit of adjusting to the heat, but we were overall pretty comfortable in the house. The property sits on a hill and there was often a nice breeze. Or, we'd sit under the olive tree in the yard for some shade. I'd definitely recommend staying at Anne's property for a lovely "south of France" experience!

Maison à 2 étages globalement bien équipée idéale pour se reposer à la campagne. Le centre du village n'est qu'à 2 minutes avec ses boulangeries, sa supérette, sa station service, son restaurant italien (bon mais un peu cher !), son marché....Nous vous conseillons d'amener votre cafetière si comme nous vous êtes fan d'expresso ! Notre seul regret : que la maison n'ait pas été aérée avant notre arrivée !

Très bon séjour

Nous sommes restés chez Anne une petite semaine avec nos 3 jeunes enfants et l'endroit était parfait pour nous. Bien équipé et propre, un genre déco-chiné-chic qui nous a plu. Le centre du village est tout proche ce qui est pratique. Le bémol est qu'on entend un peu les voitures qui passent en contre-bas mais c'est logique pour une maison de ville. La campagne autour d'Eguilles est bien-sûr magnifique et Anne est souriante et à l'écoute pour un séjour très agréable.

It was for us, 6 women from Holland a joy to be a guests in the house. Fully wel equiped with nice accesoires which made it very special. Nice garden en terrace !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en Provence dans cette charmante maison très fonctionnelle et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Elle est située seulement à quelques minutes d'Aix-en-Provence dans un petit village où on trouve tout ce qu'il faut. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

Nous sommes une famille avec 3 enfants de 9 à 16 ans.Nous avons passé un excellent séjour,dommage que le soleil ne fut pas davantage présent.Cela ne nous a pas empêchés de faire de nombreuses visites et promenades.Maison très agréable et fonctionnelle, déco du pays et de charme, avec terrasse et jardin sympas. Il est préférable d'avoir un véhicule, mais on peut aussi très bien prendre le bus pour Aix, ce que nos ados n'ont pas manqué de faire!

Très bon séjour dans une maison très coquette, fonctionnelle, et très bien équipée. L'accueil est très sympathique et les petits conseils (resto, ballades,..) sont bien pratiques. La situation (proche du centre) permet de découvrir le village et de faire des provisions sans utiliser le véhicule. A recommencer pour découvrir les Bouches du Rhone car position géographique, axes routiers idealement placés et profiter encore mieux de cette maison.
