About this house rental
At the heart of Cotes du Rhone, 10km from Avignon, its monuments and its festival.
Orange and its Chorégies Roman remains.
Châteauneuf cellars of the Pope, Tavel.
25km Pont du Gard. Also close Baux de Provence and Mont Ventoux.
The A9 and A7 motorway is 4 km away allowing you to reach the Mediterranean coast in just 1 hour (St Marie de la Mer, Grau du Roi, La Grande motte, ...)
Hiking trails are nearby. Ideal house to enjoy the calm after a good day of visits.
The house consists of:
- A large living room with a fully equipped kitchen offering all necessary appliances and utensils, a living room dining room
- A room with a bed 2 places and shower room.
- A room with 2 beds of 80 (that we can assemble or not) and shower room.
- A terrace, garden area, barbecue, swimming pool (private), ping-pong table, 3 bikes, location for cars (private in the property), gate with remote control.
Possibility to provide sheets and towels (11 € bed linen) 18 € bed linen + bath towel)
Cleaning option: 58 €
There is only one cottage, so swimming pool, garden, ect: private ....
Rentals for the months of July and August, are only from Saturday to Saturday.
