About this house rental
Less than 20 minutes from Avignon (5 kms from the entrance of the Tavel motorway (exit N° 22 on the A9)), I offer you an independent villa of 70 m², completely renovated and fenced, suitable for 4 people, comprising: large open living room with equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms bed 140 (a baby cot is available), 1 bathroom with shower.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, an electric hob, a fridge (with freezer compartment), a coffee maker, a microwave and a toaster. A washing machine is available in the cellar.
The lounge area is composed of a TV.
Bed linen is provided.
Pets are allowed.
A baby cot is available.
This place is ideally designed for rest and relaxation.
A large mulberry tree in the garden provides welcome shade.
Ideally located between Avignon (less than 20 min) renowned for its July festival (you can easily access it by parking for free on Piot Island where a shuttle takes you to the ramparts), Orange (12 min) for its ancient theater and its chorégies, the Pont du Gard (30 min) for stone lovers and for its sound and light event, Nîmes (40 min) for its Roman remains such as the square house, the arenas, the fountain garden, Uzès and Saint Quentin la poterie (30 min) for the charm of the stone as well as the various Provençal markets of local products and its many pottery workshops, Les Baux de Provence, Isle-sur-la-Sorgues, Gordes, the Fontaine de Vaucluse (30 min), the Luberon, Arles, the Camargue and the sea, the Mont Ventoux and the Ardèche (1H).
For children, various amusement parks 30 minutes away (Spirou park and Wave Island park in Monteux, Piratland in Rochefort du Gard (10 minutes)..
