Duplex with garden - Near town center and beaches

We had a super holiday in this house. We stayed with our daughter, her husband and 2 year old twins. The owner could not do enough for us even messaging when she knew our ferry was delayed due to bad weather and waiting to welcome us quite late into the evening. Somehow the photos do not do the property justice and I am not sure why but it would easily accommodate 6 adults comfortably, and has been tastefully furnished. We have been coming to France for almost 30 years but have never been to this area before, we found it similar to Southern Brittany but far less crowded. The house was very close to the ferry, the lovely town of St Pol de Leon and numerous superb beaches meaning our drivers got to relax and not do too much driving. There were plenty of leaflets in the property giving us ideas of things to do but I would suggest a visitors book would be a good idea detailing bin days, wifi, markets ,general house information and trip suggestions etc. I can really recommend this house for a perfect family holiday, we do not normally visit the same house twice but we would certainly be happy to stay here again.

The house is conveniently positioned about 15 minutes walk from the beach, the town and a supermarket. The owner is friendly and helpful. There is a footpath down to the beach with three restaurants at the beach and others in the town. Some of the attractions other than the beach and water-sports are: the exotic garden less than 2 miles away on the outskirts of Roscoff; the tiny Isle de Batz , a 15 minute ferry ride from Roscoff; the cathedral town of St Pol and the larger town of Morlaix (about 30 minutes drive away). There are weekly markets in St Pol, Roscoff and Morlaix. All in all, a wonderful holiday location.
