Old house, Penty, independent partly renovated in 2008 on ground of 800 m ². South facing.

The house is located in Lermot, former fishing village, on the Peninsula of Hillion, very easy access.

The Hillion Peninsula is in the heart of an ornithological nature reserve where you can observe all kinds of migratory birds throughout the year.

2 Beaches quiet and well oriented at 400 and 800 m.

You can enjoy all around the peninsula trails customs officers to make various walks and various walks or bike.

Possible foot fishing in the bay (large hull reserve)

You have all the shops of proximity in the town of Hillion (1.8 Km) and of the Large and Medium Surfaces in the town of Yffiniac (6. 5 Km). SNCF stations Saint Brieuc (16 km) or Lamballe (19 km)

Rustig gelegen huis met grote tuin met wandel/fiets mogelijkheden, prachtig landschap, ook bij laag water kan je rond de point de Guettes lopen. Voorzieningen in het huis cf beschrijving. We had a fantastic stay here! The house was clean and spacious with more than enough room for the four of us (our double room had an an extra cot tucked in the corner, and each of the other rooms had two trundle beds). The kitchen is purely functional, but it has everything you need to cook a good meal, and there's even a table in the garden if you want to eat outside. The bedrooms are cozy and sweetly decorated, and we really appreciated the comfortable beds and pretty, fresh linens. I picked raspberries in the garden and we ate them for breakfast. We chose the house because it was equidistant between the Mont Saint Michel and Perros-Guirec, two places we knew we wanted to visit. While we really enjoyed those day trips, we were also happy spending time on the beaches close to home. The house is located about 500 yards from a small beach where local families go to enjoy the surprisingly warm water. Not far away is the Bay of St. Brieuc (with the fifth fastest tides in the world), where we took an easy hike. The area is a bird sanctuary so the views and walks are pristine. St. Brieuc itself is a pretty city, too. The town has everything you need--a little supermarket with friendly staff, a fabulous purveyor of local products, complete with rotisserie chicken, and an excellent patisserie. Unfortunately, a lot of businesses took their vacations during the time we were there, so we couldn't enjoy the patisserie as often as we wanted to, and we didn't get to eat dinner in town. We found some great spots to eat, however, one of which was just a short walk from the house. You'd never guess that you could get a great meal at the little campsite at the end of the road overlooking the bay (Camping Bellevue Mer), but I had delicious moules and my family, who were craving American food, thoroughly enjoyed their burgers. It was glorious to watch the sun go down and then walk home. We also had a terrific meal with a beautiful view in Pleneuf-Val-Andre, only about a half-hour away, at a restaurant called Cap Sud. We didn't get to meet Bruno, but he was very nice by phone and disappointed that he couldn't meet us in person, and he was very accommodating. We would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a quiet, cozy retreat near the beach.

Der vermieter hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns sehr gute Tipps gegeben, was man unternehmen kann. Ich würde dieses Objekt ohne Zögern weiter empfehlen. Vielleicht kommen wir ja nochmal.

Nous avons passé une superbe quinzaine dans cette jolie maison au calme et à proximité de jolies promenades. La région est vraiment superbe, il y a tous les commerces nécessaires à quelques kilomètres de la maison, et les hôtes étaient charmants. La maison est bien équipée et fonctionnelle, le jardin est très agréable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette maison typique agrémenté d'un grand jardin soigné. Il y a pas mal de choses à voir aux alentour. Sentiers douanier, phares, Château, iles etc... Le propriétaire donne d'ailleurs beaucoup d'informations une fois le séjour validé. Si besoin pour votre ce pensez à demander un justificatif car abritel ne le fournira pas.

Propriété très bien située 10 minutes de la mer à pied. Intérêt touristique, chemin des douaniers, nous avons pu visiter ou revisiter, Dinan Dinard St Malo et découvrir le mon St Michel. Superbe randonnée au cap d'Erqui. Nous reviendrons dans la région nous sommes des inconditionnel du Nord Bretagne

Tolles Steinhaus mit vielen Schlafmöglichkeiten und allem, was man braucht. Traumhaft schöner Garten mit großer Wiese lädt ein zum Verweilen. Direkt vom Haus aus Küstenwanderungen mit tollen Ausblicken möglich, auch Umwanderung der Küste unten bei Ebbe ist herrlich. Von hier aus unweit tolle Badestrände unabhängig von den Gezeiten z.B. in Pléneuf-Val-André. Tolle Ausflüge an die Ostküste mit schönen Stränden und Küstenabschnitten (25-40 Min Fahrzeit), aber auch nach Westen mit steinigen Buchten und der rosa Granitküste (Perros-Guirec ca. 1.10 h Fahrzeit). Ebenso das Chaos von Huelgoat ist in knapp 30 Min. erreichbar.

Nous avons été bien accueillis par le propriétaire qui nous a renseigné sur le fonctionnement du matériel de la maison mais aussi sur les visites à faire aux alentours. Maison agréable à vivre pour une famille de 4 personnes, calme et fraîche même lors des journées les plus chaudes. On peut se rendre à pied sur plusieurs plages et réaliser de belles promenades. Très bon séjour.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Bretagne sehr genossen! Das Vermieterpaar hat uns überaus freundlich begrüßt und uns eine Menge Tips für schöne Ausflüge ins Umland gegeben. Das Ferienhaus ist insgesamt eher einfach, hat aber einen wunderschönen Garten, in dem wir viel gesessen haben. Es lassen sich von dort mehrere kleinere Strände mit dem Rad erreichen, allerdings gab es dort viele Algen, so dass wir meist zu einem 25 min entfernten Strand mit dem Auto gefahren sind.

Haus und Garten merkt man an, dass es den Besitzern am Herzen liegt. Alles ist liebevoll gepflegt. Zur Begrüßung fanden wir neben einem Blumenstrauß leckere Bretonische Karamell Bonbons vor. Das Haus war für uns vier (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) perfekt. Jedes Kind hatte sein eigenes Zimmer, die Eltern ein großes Zimmer samt Doppelbett, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine – alles was man braucht. Der Garten ist groß und gepflegt. Da bei uns auch das Wetter toll war, konnten wir diesen schönen Garten intensiv nutzen. Vom Haus weg kann man zu Fuß an den Strand oder einmal rund um die Halbinsel auf dem Zöllner-Pfad wandern. In ca. einer Stunde mit dem Auto kommt man von St. Malo im Osten bis zur Côte de Granit Rose im Westen. Wunderschön.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Hillion! villa très fonctionnelle, jardin très agréable où nos petites filles ont eu plaisir à jouer. Très jolie petite plage de lermot à 5mn à pied, et superbes paysages depuis la point des guettes également accessible à pied. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et nous a recommandé de nombreuses ballades et adresses dans la région, ce qui nous a beaucoup servi car nous ne connaissions pas le coin. Nous recommandons donc cette adresse!

Nous avons bien profité de la maison située à un emplacement idéal pour sportifs (Parcours de trail à partir de Lermot) et randonneurs. Promenades sur la côte, Cap Fréhel / Fort La Latte, Cap d'Erquy, Saint Brieuc, Quintin, Chaos du Gouët, ... Très bien installé dans la maison de Mr. Mme GAINCHE équipée tout confort. Des points de vue superbes et un temps ensoleillé. Je recommande.

Jolie petite maison bretonne idéalement située : tout près de la mer et des chemins des douaniers, au coeur de nombreux sentiers de randonnée et de pistes cyclables. Les chambres sont lumineuses et la chambre parentale assez grande. La maison est propre, confortable et accueillante. Nous avons passé un séjour vraiment très agréable. Nous recommandons!

Ein dem Preis angemessenes Objekt in sehr guter Lage für unsere Erfordernisse. Sehr schöne Strände in der näheren Umgebung, anspruchsvolle Running-Trails und Radstrecken vor der Haustür. Sehr unkomplizierter und netter Vermieter. Im noch nicht ganz fertigen bretonischen Haus eine liebevolle und zweckmäßige Einrichtung mit viel Platz für 2 Personen und ausreichend für 4. Alles in Allem ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen für aktive Menschen, jederzeit wieder.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub mit drei Kindern und zwei Erwachsenen in diesem wunderschönen bretonischen Haus mit einem tollen Garten und zwei Terassen, in dem unsere Jungs gerne Fußball spielten und wir lange gemütliche Abende verbrachten. Im Haus war alles vorhanden, was wir zum selber kochen und zum "fruits de mer" zubereiten benötigten. Die Strände in der Nähe konnten wir Dank des tollen Sommerwetters auch ausgiebig genießen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Notre séjour a été plutôt agréable, malgré le temps un peu maussade, nous avons pu visiter de très beaux endroits. La maison est jolie est bien équipée, bien entretenue et plutôt bien située, nous n'avons rencontrer qu'un seul problème avec la télé se trouvant dans la chambre. Il serait souhaitable que la télé se trouve au rez de chaussée, car quand le temps ne permet pas de sortir il n'y a qu'une seule télé dans la chambre parentale, si une famille vient passer un séjour avec de jeunes enfants cela n'est pas très pratique.
