About this house rental
Very pleasant bright house with a sea view in a very quiet area where paintings are drawn with the tides.
A pleasant very bright living room kitchen of 40m2 and an exceptional view of the bay of St Brieuc with a terrace of 15m2 in the extension facing the sea will be the most pleasant little extra
Ideally located to discover Brittany: 90 km St Malo, 115 km of Mont St Michel, 100km of Rennes, 50 km of Pink Granite Coasts and 50km of the Emerald Coast, 90 km of the Ile de Bréhat, 60km of the Valley of the Saints
Enjoy the ideal terrace for the barbecue and a garden also overlooking the sea. At the end of it a petanque court, for digestion or for wild games, awaits you.
Everything is on the first floor: living room kitchen-bathroom toilet//2 bedrooms (one with a step) and the 3rd a bedroom down a spiral staircase and window overlooking the basement (including no daylight).
parking not allocated to the house. but always possibility to park nearby (see photo) in the street which is a dead end road
A greenway for cycling/pedestrian is at the foot of the house as well as the site of the old tower of Cesson (12th century) and the cabanons du Valais (small summer district of the 1st paid holidays in 1936). The beach of Valais is 5 minutes from the house on foot but not ideal for swimming because we are on a bay that discovers 5-10 km at low tide. I advise you to look at Google Earth to locate the spot. For swimming beach of Rosaires 10 minutes away by car or Martin beach.
Attention: no television but possibility to connect to wifi with your personal computer. I can provide a television with an HDMI cable on request.

En plus de la vue exceptionnelle sur la baie, la maison est très confortable et bien équipée (chauffage électrique, machines à laver linge et vaisselle, cuisinière grand modèle) et le propriétaire très accueillant (cidre et crêpes dentelles nous attendaient!). J'ai passée une semaine avec mes trois enfants très agréable. Peu de choses à dire sur les environs immédiats puisque nous étions là pour une compétition de voile et donc très occupés toute la journée. Le quartier est très calme.
