About this villa rental

Villa Margot is spacious and comfortable and offers superb views of the sea and the wooded hills of Gavarres.
You can enjoy the view from the shaded or sunny terraces (your choice) or from the swimming pool.
It is a very nice and very well equipped villa with bright and beautifully decorated interiors.
It is composed of two parts, reserved for a single tenant:
- a main apartment with living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room (for 6 people)
- a secondary apartment with a bedroom/living room and a bathroom (for 3 people)
These two apartments are still rented together.
The peaceful garden surrounds the villa and is fully enclosed and planted with typical species (palm trees, olive trees, laurels, mimosas, etc.). It has a pergola with a fully equipped summer kitchen.
The complex dominates a residential area away from the hustle and bustle of the seaside and allows you to fully enjoy the Catalan way of life.
The entire property is entirely reserved for our tenants who will enjoy all the infrastructures on their own, including: garden, swimming pool, summer kitchen, free wifi, air-conditioned rooms.

The view and the swimming pool are truly fantastic. The location is very beautiful, surrounded by many possibilities for excursions. To both lively boulevards and beautiful cities such as Barcelona and Girona. However, the villa's kitchen equipment is somewhat sparse, and the bed linen is of a lower quality. But this can surely be resolved in consultation with the owner (who is very easy to communicate with!).

Located on a hill, it has beautiful views over the valley and sea. Large and clean swimming pool. Well equipped kitchen and garden kitchen with separate refrigerator and barbecue. 5 min (by car; 30 min by foot) to nice old village of Calonge with shops, and restaurants. Definitely an accomodation we recommend.
