Charming residence - 4 to 6 people. 70 m² In a former 19th-century sheepfold - Authentic village - Peace and quiet guaranteed in winter and summer for this very spacious apartment, which is rustic, modern and particularly cosy.
Ski slopes accessible on foot.
Fully equipped with all mod cons and completely renovated. The apartment has vaulted ceilings and is very bright. It consists of two main rooms: a large 40 m² living room with a fully equipped kitchen area and a large bedroom of almost 30 m². Electric heating is complemented in the living room by a Scandinavian wood-burning stove, creating a very warm atmosphere.
The comprehensive facilities and tasteful décor make for a particularly pleasant and welcoming stay.
Located above the village of Vars Sainte-Marie, the apartment enjoys excellent exposure and unobstructed views of the Forêt Blanche mountain range in both winter and summer.
Close to small shops. All activities available on site or at the Vars Les Claux resort.
Outside: 250 m² south-southwest facing garden with magnificent views of the Vars valley. Private parking.
Rates are for 4 people. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday (7 days). They can be arranged outside of school holidays. Discounts are available for stays of 7 days or more.
Winter: Direct access to the “Forêt Blanche - VARS-RISOUL” ski area. The nearest slopes and lifts are less than 250 metres away.
During the summer season, the gîte is close to magnificent walks, mountain bike trails and scenic drives: the Vars region, the Queyras and Ecrins parks, the Guillestrois, the Ubaye valley, etc. White water sports

Idéalement situé. Le parking privé est appréciable Propriétaires très aimables. Mobilier et cadre montagnard sympathique. Très peu de commerces dans le village, mais tout est disponible a Vars les Claux.

Semaine au ski parfaite, dans un appartement chaleureureux, accueillant et spacieux où tout est à disposition (Nous étions 4 adultes et 2 petits enfants!!) La station de Vars les claux n'est pas loin et un départ "ski aux pieds" est possible pour des adultes. (De plus navettes à proximité) Le bois mis à disposition est appréciable ainsi que les tables et les chaises supplémentaires. Piste de luge à 10m: un régal!! Séjour merveilleux et un accueil très sympa de la personne sur place! Nous y reviendrons!!
