The Agence de la Forêt Blanche is pleased to present this charming village house located in the heart of Vars Sainte-Marie, right next to the Tourist Office and just a short walk from the shuttle stop. This typical mountain home offers 80 m² spread over two levels and can accommodate up to 7 guests.
Upstairs, you will find three warm and welcoming bedrooms with exposed beams and lauze stone details that enhance the authenticity of the place: one bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, a second with a 140 cm double bed, and a third with a 90 cm single bed and a 140 cm double bed. A spacious bathroom with double sinks is also located on this floor.
On the ground floor, the large living area offers a friendly space with a lounge, dining area, and a fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, large refrigerator). A separate toilet is also available. You will enjoy a bar area, ideal for lively evenings, aperitifs, and moments of relaxation.

End-of-stay cleaning not included, and bed linen is optional (bed and towel pack: €16 per person), please contact us. Pets are not allowed. All our rentals are strictly NON-SMOKING.
