Through living room, large bay windows on the gardens, with a solid farm table (8/10 seats), 2 sitting areas (TV / HiFi) and a fire pit below.
New kitchen, 07/19, equipped: dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, and all the equipment to accommodate a large family (toaster, coffee maker, mixer ...)
3 bedrooms, window onto garden. Two with double bed, wardrobe and wardrobe. One with twin beds of 90, desk and cupboards.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft von Familie Briolet sehr wohl gefühlt.
Der Check In mit Nelly und die Kommunikation waren sehr gut. Das Haus ist außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet, wir bekamen zudem sogar Handtücher und Bettwäsche gestellt.
Wichtig war uns auch, dass ein Strand am Atlantik schnell erreichbar ist (hier 5 Minuten mit dem Auto).
Das Haus dient aber auch als gute Ausgangssituation, um die Region (Cap Ferret, Porge, Andernos, Lacanau, Bordeaux) zu erkunden.
Toll ist auch, dass ein kleiner Supermarkt, eine Bäckerei und ein Fischgeschäft auf der anderen Seite der rückwärtigen Hauptstraße liegen.
Da es in anderen Bewertungen angesprochen war: Ja, am ersten Tag roch es etwas feucht im Haus, aber der Geruch verschwand schnell nach ca. einem Tag. Eventuell könnte die Situation der Belüftung im Bad (Holzfenster in der Duschkabine) noch optimiert werden, um das zu verhindern.
Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen!! :-)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Florence. On a aimé le grand jardin, les grandes baies-vitrées, les commerces de bouche situés juste à côté et la très jolie promenade en vélo pour se rendre à la plage du Grand Cohot !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison atypique.(maison cependant très humide).
Très bien située avec une halle bio et une boulangerie juste à côté: très pratique.
L'environnement n'est pas très calme avec un gros chien qui aboie d'un côté et la route très passagère de l'autre côté..
Nous remercions encore une fois Nelly qui nous a très bien accueillie et qui s'est adaptée à nos heures d'arrivée et de départ et qui a été très disponible et réactive lors du séjour.

Super séjour. La maison est très bien équipée, confortable et agréable à vivre quelque soit la météo. Terrasse au soleil ou terrasse à l’ombre. Quartier calme au porte de la plage du grand Crohot et au pied des chemins à vélo. Boulangerie et magasin bio à 2 min pied. Nous y reviendrons.
