About this villa rental
In an idyllic frame, pavilion in small quiet residence with rare charm, raised park, big swimming pool, and beach has 100 meters.
Pavilion of full foot in a splendid and rare small residence (30 dwellings, 1 floor max), secured sported with big swimming pool and nice sported garden;
1 room with king size bed;
1 room with 2 single beds; A large covered veranda with direct access to the garden and swimming pool. We eat there all the time. Storage in each room. Secure private car park in front of the front door of the pavilion.
Denia offers a Mediterranean climate, with sun guaranteed in summer. The area offers the warmest sea water in Spain (27 to 29 in July and 29 to 32 in August)
Denia is a high place of Mediterranean gastronomy (Unesco heritage creative city of gastronomy in 2015)
Easy access from the airports of Valencia and Alicante.

Amazing location, very close to the beach and within reach of the centre of Denia (40 minute walk / 5 min car journey) with lots of amenities close by. The apartment is in a lovely complex with a great pool and lots of trees / green area where my children enjoyed playing. The outside space is perfect because it opens straight out onto this but is set further back from the main road than the other apartments.
We will definitely return when in Denia!
