Recent house ideally located in a very quiet area on the edge of the forest 1.2 km of beaches, 200 meters from shops and nearby hiking and biking trails.
Located 15 minutes drive from Noirmoutier and 35 minutes from Ile d'Yeu by boat.
Ideal for practicing bike rides, feet walking, fishing and swimming.

We enjoyed our stay of 2 weeks in this property, the house is a good size, very well furnished and has a excellent cooking area. Double bed may be hard for some people. Having paid the full rental price prior to leaving home, I was disappointed to be informed that the WIFI was not available and had never been installed in the house. This was part of our reason for choosing the property. The house should not say WIFI is available in the description if it is not.
