Rental from SATURDAY with arrival at 3 p.m. to SATURDAY with departure at 10 a.m. at the end of the stay.
Apartment located 300 m from the beach and shops, at the entrance to the island of
Noirmoutier and departing from the Ile d'Yeu in a family seaside resort with many hiking trails and cycle paths between the ocean and pine forests. Maritime station at 3OO m for the Ile d'Yeu.

-New kitchen, fitted with induction hob, dishwasher
-Balcony along the entire length of the apartment (east/west)
The ocean is 300 metres away, local shops: grocery store, fishmonger, pharmacy, bakeries, restaurants, oyster bars, newspapers/tobacconist, tourist office. Markets on Saturday and Monday
- At the request of the tenants, sheets, towels, dish towels can be provided: price in addition to the rental

-Water sports centre :p addle, canoeing, sand yachting, foil, kite surfing, wing, sailing school
-Fishing on foot

L’appartement est grand et très fonctionnel. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le grand balcon qui longe tous l’appartement ouvrant sur une très jolie vue. La plage, la forêt sont à deux pas ainsi que les restaurants et commerces. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
