About this villa rental
The Cyann villa is located on the first heights of Grande Anse beach in Deshaies, where you will enjoy the charms of the leeward coast. The villa with 2 bedrooms is ideal for 4 people 500m from the beach on foot. From the terrace you will enjoy the view of the Caribbean Sea.
Guadeloupe-Pôle Caraïbes Airport is 40 km away.
Several restaurants nearby and in the market town of Deshaies. Local shops and supermarkets are within a 10-minute drive.
This new villa, without vis-à-vis, without being isolated, is composed of 2 bedrooms with their bathroom (Italian shower, sink, WC, hairdryer, bathroom scale) and independent air-conditioned dressing room, a living room with equipped kitchen (4-burner stove, oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, and various utensils. The living room includes a table and chairs, a sofa bed, a television, a small library… Next to the kitchen is a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities. The covered terrace, of comfortable size, has an outdoor lounge, a table and sun loungers, a hammock and a jacuzzi to enjoy the sunsets ... a barbecue in the garden.

The Villa must be occupied by the number of people agreed upon booking. Pets are not accepted. The interior of the villa is non-smoking.

Can’t fault the villa in anyway. Everything you could need, extremely clean and comfortable. Every aspect is better than the photos with the totally private outside space being the highlight for us.
Help from Marie throughout the booking process was great even to the extent of contacting out car hire company to arrange for the car to be left at the villa prior to our arrival.

Superbe vue à 180 degrés sans vis à vis sur la mer des Caraïbes.
Maison parfaitement équipée, avec goût.
Très calme.
En tous points conforme à l'annonce.
De surcroît excellent accueil de Marie, avec beaucoup d'attentions.
Seul inconvénient lors de notre passage : faible débit d'eau pour la douche et wifi erratique en journée, inexistant le soir (mais c'est ainsi la Guadeloupe !)

We just returned from 11 glorious days at Villa Cyann. As the pictures show, the villa is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need for a memorable stay. Marie has gone above and beyond to make sure this is the case. In addition to the beauty inside the villa, the deck has a perfect view of the surrounding rainforest, the ocean and the sunset. We found we wanted to stay in and cook every night because we didn't want to miss out on the sunset and the view from the deck! We loved watching all the birds too. The Purple Throated Caribe Hummingbirds were our daily visitors. The villa is a 10 minute walk from the Grand Anse, which is a gorgeous beach with lots of fun food/bar choices. In addition to all of this, Marie is a wonderful host - always eager to help if needed! We highly recommend Villa Cyann. We will be back!!
