About this villa rental
Located in the very sought-after district of Moulleau, come and discover this charming single-storey villa 200m from the fine sandy beaches.
The villa is composed of:
3 bedrooms with queen size bed or 2 twin beds,
1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds + 1 bed of 80x200
3 toilets with showers and toilets for everyone's independence
1 living room with sofa and comfortable armchairs.
1 extra room (10th bed) and shower on level -1 for 7 nights stay or extra payment
Take advantage of 2 large sunny terraces (South and West) with garden furniture and a tree-lined and cool garden for hot summer days.
The whole "village" just a stone's throw away: beach, cafes, restaurants, ice cream parlors, pharmacy, newspapers and oyster bar!
No car needed! Bus line #3 from train station SNCF and city center (3km) is just around the corner.
Visit in half a day the Great Dune of Pyla (the highest dune in Europe) 15 minutes from the Villa, or the classified district of the Ville d'Hiver in Arcachon.
Boat trips, introduction to oyster culture, shopping, bike rides along the coast...
