Located on the 2nd floor and benefiting from air conditioning in the living room, this apartment will be a privileged place to relax to share unique moments!
Composed of a large living room, a fully equipped semi-open kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms with storage, one with shower room and a second shower room with WC.

In accordance with our general conditions, the arrival times are as follows:
• for an arrival from Monday to Saturday - excluding public holidays - the Tenant may enter the premises between 4 p.m. and 6.30 p.m .;
• for an arrival on a Sunday or a public holiday, the Tenant may enter the premises between 6 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
Any late arrival - outside these hours - will result in the Lessor invoicing a fee of € 50 including tax payable on site by the Tenant, corresponding to the costs arising from such a late arrival.
In any event and to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood, no arrival can be made after 11pm.
At the end of your reservation, we will send you our reservation contract to be returned to us signed with a copy of your identity documents.
The latter is permanently available on our Class Appart site.

Spacious bedrooms and living spaces (including a dining room) plus a good sized functional kitchen (including a dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine) ... and yes, there are two tiny showers, but the drains weren't properly cleaned such that they very clogged (with hair) and the shower pans would fill up quickly, almost immediately, forcing one to take either extremely short showers and/or turn off the water after only a few minutes, then wash oneself, then turn the water back on to rinse oneself, only to have the shower pan fill up again to the point of water spilling out on to the tile floors and have to be mopped up. If I/we had only been staying there a few days, it might not have been that bothersome. However, we were there for over seven weeks and not being able to shower without difficulty each and every time made for a less than good experience.The wifi worked but was not strong enough in the larger bedroom (furthest away from the wifi router).This apartment is a fourth-floor walk-up and all the windows open into a central "courtyard" and NOT to the street (Place Jean Jaures) which might seem great in that you are not dealing with the noise of this busy neighborhood. However, the tenants in the building --seemingly university students and other VRBO guests-- would make lots of noise coming and going ... especially after 1 AM (when the bars had closed and continued to party) and the noise they made would loudly echo in the courtyard when we tried to sleep.

Niveau sécurité la résidence est fermée par digi-code,propreté rien à dire fait tout les matins.Ont à apprécier la climatisation très agréable et le grand salon et l'ensemble de rangement.
