WELCOME TO THE "GÎTE DES SILVES"!
The "Gîte des Silves" is a large, charming stone house located on the edge of a small hamlet at an altitude of 1400 meters, on the GR 6 long-distance hiking trail crossing the Alpes de Haute Provence. It is 10 minutes from the ski resorts (two nearby resorts: Montclar les Deux Vallées and Chabanon, offering a total of nearly 100 km of slopes) and 15 minutes from Lake Serre-Ponçon (water sports and swimming). The house boasts panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and a large private garden with two furnished terraces.
The house can accommodate up to 12 people and includes:
- 1 bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed;
- 1 bedroom with a 140x200cm double bed;
- 2 bedrooms with two 90x200cm single beds each;
- a mezzanine dormitory with 4 single beds;
- A bathroom (bath/shower) with two sinks;
- A second bathroom with a large shower and two sinks;
- Two separate toilets;
- A large, fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, etc.;
- A dining area with a very large table seating 12;
- A large living room with a fireplace and television;
- A traditional-style veranda with a relaxation area and cloakroom;
- Two terraces with panoramic views and a barbecue area;
- A large garden with panoramic mountain views.
The small medieval town of Seyne-les-Alpes, offering all amenities, is located 3 km away. The house is suitable for two families or a group of friends, as well as smaller groups. Rental prices vary depending on the season and the number of guests.
Rentals are available year-round.

Gite très spacieux, très bien équipé, bien décoré dans le style montagnard. Petit bémol la table de la salle à manger trop près du mur et manque une télé dans la salle à manger, cuisine.

Impeccable! Le chalet est extrêmement propre, à faire pâlir de jalousie bien des hôtels.
Il est décoré de façon raffinée, du bon goût et de la chaleur dans les moindres détails, surequipe, il n'y manque rien!
Nous avons tout adoré, de la grande table pour manger tous ensemble, aux moments passés au coin du feu, aux chambres double permettant au couple d'avoir leur espace. Merci :)

Magnifique maison, spacieuse, bien aménagée et équipée.
Nous avons passé un charmant weekend prolongé, en famille. La maison est adaptée à tous les âges.
La localisation est très agréable, l'espace autour de la maison, la vue, la proximité de Seyne et des stations.
L'endroit doit être aussi très agréable en été !
