In a magnificent mountain region, very close to the Ecrins national park, the chalet "Gîte & Spa le Montagnard" is located on the heights of Pont du Fossé, at a place called « les Bonnets », (elevation1250m), in a superb green setting.
On a 1600 m2 plot, enclosed and bordered by a river, this 200 m2 superb chalet, facing south, tastefully decorated offers comfort, space, authenticity.
Entrance hall on the ground floor allowing you to put on and take off yours shoes comfortably,

An amazing 95 m2 living space featuring a bookshelf, a spacious open kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, multifunction robot, microwave oven, refrigerator, freezer, traditional coffee maker and Nespresso, kettle, citrus press, raclette, fondue and stone grill ...), a first 60 m2 TV lounge - dining room with large bay windows, as well as a second 19 m2 lounge with double vision wood stove to extend the evenings at the fireside.
Three terraces offer breathtaking view, relaxation and conviviality: the first of 50 m2, facing south, equipped with deckchairs, the second of 16 m2, covered, furnished, next to the jacuzzi area. The third lawn one with access to the bowling pitch (13x4) and the brasero.
