Neo-Breton house classified 4 stars **** (prefecture) completely renovated, quietly located in the dunes of the cove of the capstan. She will welcome you with family, friends or head to head for a relaxing stay on the Cornish lands
House with 4 spacious and bright bedrooms, 2 facing the ocean, and 2 other dune sides. A bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and toilet upstairs with sea views.
The modern and equipped kitchen adjoins the living room of 60m2 with fireplace and wood burner. The terrace will offer you magnificent sunset over the Pointe du Raz.
the white sand beach, supervised in July and August is ideal for surfing, paddle. It is reached on foot at the bottom of the field.
Audierne is 15 minutes by car, a pretty colorful fishing port, on Saturday morning go to the market where you will find local products! The pier on the island of Breast is nearby, the Enez Sun boat will take you to discover the Iroise Sea as well as the beauty of the Isle of Sein.
10 minutes by bike (2 available) from the small village of St Tugen with its 15th century chapel. The capstan's cove is located on the legendary customs path (gr 34). Beautiful walks or bike rides (routes green of France) from the house will take you to the Pointe du Raz or the Pointe de Lervily.
Cornwall hides a wild and intact nature, you can visit Douarnenez (30mn) the city of sardines and its boat museum, Locronan (40mn) its medieval city, Brest and its center of scientific culture (oceanopolis at 1:30 am) and its surroundings Crozon and its romantic coves!

This is a spacious, comfortable house in a beautiful position above the beach of Trez Gouarem. It was spotless on arrival and well equipped and we had 2 weeks of mostly sunny weather, some wild seas and dramatic sunsets. Annick and her husband were very welcoming and friendly and had we needed them, I feel sure they would have responded quickly.

A very happy holiday. Able to walk to and fro from beach. Lots of outside space. Exceptionally clean and hosts were very welcoming and kindly left delicious homemade cake and crepes plus cider and juice. Only issue for us is that the sofa was not at all comfortable. Found we only used the armchairs. Not enough relaxing space inside which was a shame as everything else was faultless. Thanks to Annick & Christian.

Nous rêvions d'un séjour en famille avec enfants et petits-enfants en bordure immédiate de l'océan, seuls dans la lande et les dunes de sable, et nous avons été enchantés par le bien TREZ GOAREM loué et le lieu. Proximité idéale de la magnifique plage au bout de la propriété. La maison est très bien équipée avec du mobilier moderne et quasiment neuf. Excellentes prestations. Gestion très professionnelle et chaleureuse.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Audierne! La maison est fonctionnelle et confortable, avec une vue à couper le souffle. Il ne manque rien. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, sympatiques, arrangeants et disponibles. La communication avec eux se fait très aisément. L'emplacement de la maison était exactement conforme à ce que nous voulions. Tout correspond parfaitement à l'annonce. Les environs sont magnifiques, impossible de s'ennuyer! Un seul regret: ne pas être restés plus longtemps!!!! Nous reviendrons sûrement. Merci pour tout!

Einfach alles perfekt! Herzlicher Empfang mit knisterndem Kamin, Cidre, Crepe und bretonischem Kuchen. Sofort ankommen und zu Hause fühlen. Das Haus war perfekt für unsere Familie und Hunden. Sehr schön renoviert und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Die Lage ist einzigartig. Grandioser Blick auf den Atlantik, großes Grundstück und keine Nachbarn. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit über Weihnachten und Sylvester hier verbracht. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen!

Wir haben 2 sehr schöne und erholsame Wochen im September in dem Haus am Strand Trez Goarem verbracht. Von Annick und Christian wurden wir nett und mit selbst gemachten Crepes und bretonischem Kuchen begrüßt :-) Die Lage ist wirklich einzigartig - nur wenige Schritte bis zum Meer/Strand (Sonnenuntergänge!) und zum Pfad durch die Dünen bzw. entlang der Küste. Die Haus steht in Alleinlage, allerdings befindet sich daneben direkt ein großer Parkplatz, auf dem Surfer auch nachts campieren (während unseres Aufenthalts waren das nicht viele, daher war es nicht laut - ggfs. im Sommer ein Thema). Das Haus insb. die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Küche und Bad sind relativ neu. Die Doppelbetten sind etwas schmal und die Zimmer winzig, aber alles o.k. Wir hatten im ganzen Haus Unmengen an kleinen Mücken - ist wohl der Strandlage geschuldet. Achtung Haustierbesitzer: Hunde dürfen nicht in den 1. Stock. Dies ist der Anzeige so leider nicht zu entnehmen.

Das Haus liegt 5min zu Fuß von einem großen,schönen Strand entfernt. Es ist sehr charmant eingerichtet - WLan und Ausstattung sind top. In 15 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto am Pointe du Raz oder anderen sehr schönen Stränden - zwei größere Supermärkte sind ebenfalls in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Dieser Ort ist wundervoll für Familien oder Urlauber mit Hund: alles ist sehr entspannt, ruhig und die Küstenwanderwege laden zu endlosen Spaziergängen ein. Der Vermieter ist überaus freundlich, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen (und hoffen auf ein Wiedersehen). Merci beaucoup pour une semaine fantastique! Nicole und Christoph (mit 3 Kindern und Hund)

Wir verlebten 2 wunderbare Wochen in einem typischen bretonischen Haus. Alles war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts und so konnten wir vom ersten Tag an unseren Urlaub geniessen! Die Umgebung, der Strand, das Meer machten diesen einzigartigen Ort zum Paradies auf Erden!

Dieses Haus ist ein Traum. Wir waren zu siebt in den Osterferien dort gewesen. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Im oberen Bereich sind die 4 Schlafzimmer und ein großes Badezimmer mit Doppelwaschbecken, bodengleicher Dusche und abgetrennter Toilette untergebracht. Im unteren Bereich ist eine extra Toiletten, eine geräumige Küche, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und ein separater Raum zur Unterbringung der Gartenmöbel, Grill, Fahrräder etc. Dort schliesst sich auch nochmal eine Dusche an. Diese ist praktisch, da man sich nach einem Strandtag dort die sandigen Füsse abspülen kann. Man muss dann nicht durch das ganze Haus laufen. Die Lage des Hauses ist einfach nur schön. Man läuft durch den Garten und ist schon am Meer. Herrlich. Glück mit dem Wetter hatten wir dann auch noch. Die ersten 2 Tage waren noch richtig schön rauh und kalt, aber dann war nur noch Sonnenschein. Unsere Kinder haben sogar in dem eisigen Atlantik gebadet. Von den Vermietern wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen und es wurde alles erklärt. Auch wenn unser französisch nicht das Beste ist, haben wir es doch geschafft uns zu verständigen:-). Als Willkommensgruss gab es sogar selbstgemachte Crepes, Tarte und einen Cidre. Es war sehr lecker. Ein paar Ausflüge haben wir auch unternommen. Sehenswert ist auf jeden Fall Concarneau, der Phare d'Eckmühl oder auch die Halbinsel Crozon. Ansonsten macht es auch einfach nur Spass an der schroffen Küste spazieren zu gehen. In Audierne haben wir die Pizzeria Via Lesne gefunden, wo es uns gut geschmeckt hat und die Begrüßung immer herzlich war. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Vielen Dank Familie Lossy

amateurs de tranquilité, ne cherchez plus! Maison idyllique pour qui cherche une belle plage, le calme, et le confort. La maison est parfaitement équipée, et nos hotes veillent a ce qu'il ne manque rien. La localisation a qq mètres de la plus belle plage du cap Sizun, a l'écart des routes, en fait un havre de paix. Les enfants peuvent aller sur la plage seuls, par le fond du jardin, et la plage est surveillée. Spot de surf réputé qui plus est. Sur le bord du chemin cotier, qui mène jusque a la pointe du raz, pour les amatuers de rando ou de course a pied. Bref, nous reviendrons surement! Merci a nos hôtes bretons!

The house itself is equipped with everything you need, its clean, functional and super comfortable, there is even a second shower downstairs to get rid of the sand after a surf session (located in the attached part on the right), this was very practical. The nice living room connected to the kitchen and leading to the terrace and garden is amazing...its designed open space, we had terrific vine sessions, dinners and on two days we even light up the fireplace. The terrace itself is nice and we really enjoyed the sun and also the barbecues and outside dinners. One of the best things was sitting outside in the evening hours with drinks and watching the sun go down in this beautiful scenery, the ocean is in front of you and the house is a lonesome piece in the landscape, which literally let you feel like you are on some foreign planet. The garden is basically a part of the dunes and the beach. If you are thinking about booking this house dont think anymore just do it, you will not regret it for sure, its unique! We were there with three kids+dog and four adults (which of two surf regularly).´Thanks!

Wir haben mit 6 Personen als Familie zwei wunderbare Wochen erlebt! Positiv hervorzuheben sind: - Lage und Aussicht (freistehend) und der Strand! - Ausstattung und Qualität der Renovierung (wir hatten in den letzten 15 Jahren 4 verschiedene Ferienhäuser) - Sehr sympathische, zuverlässige und flexible Vermieter Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert! Einziger Negativpunkt ist das disziplinlose Freilassen der Hunde durch Hundehalter (obwohl verboten) sowohl bei Touristen wie auch bei Einheimischen - mit allen unangenehmen Folgen. Der Strand jedoch und das Grundstück sind sauber!

Vielen herzlichen Dank Familie Lossy für die Gastfreundschaft! Euer Haus ist ein Traum, die schöne Einrichtung (alles ist da, was man braucht und alles sehr sauber!), die schönen Bilder und natürlich die einmalige Lage. Wir vermissen bis heute die täglichen Spaziergänge über die Wiese zum Meer! Abends draussen zu Essen und den Sonnenuntergang zu geniessen war jeden Tag der krönende Abschluss, man hört nur das Meer rauschen und die Vögel zwitschern. Auch die wilden Hasen rund ums Haus haben uns sehr unterhalten! Audierne ist für uns einer der schönsten Plätze der Finistère und Trez Goarem ist einer der schönsten Strände, den man übrigens morgens und abends ganz für sich alleine hat, unbezahlbar! Chère famille Lossy, nous avons passés des merveilleux et inoubliable vacances (2 semaines) dans votre belle maison qui à été rénovée parfaitement. Rien nous a manqués. Votre gentil acceuil avec une delicieuse tarte au prune, des crêpes et du cidre, et en plus avec le sapin de Noel pour les fêtes 2017 nous a fait beaucoup de plaisir, merci encore une fois. The location is just perfect, the closest to the beach you can get. Large shops are within easy reach (3km by car). Annick and Christian (owners) are very friendly, all questions in advance were answered the same day. The house is very clean and displays the love/pride of its owners in many details. It shows a lot of taste, each room has its own design. The bathroom is spacious and offers a breathtaking view. The kitchen is well equipped and offers all you might need. The living room is spacious and comfortable, so all in all you can even survive a rainy day.... Outside you can relax in all privacy, the plot is very large. The terrace is large enough to enjoy the sun or have a meal/BBQ outside. The view of the sea is splendid. All in all a clear recommendation for a great house in a perfect location.

Dieses Haus wurde sehr schön renoviert und besticht mit seinem Blick aufs Meer! Diesen kann man sowohl von Innen wie auch von der Terrasse geniessen. Im Aussenbereich sind genügend Sitzmöbel vorhanden, so dass einem entspannten Urlaub nichts im Wege steht. Aufgrund der Alleinlage im Naturschutzgebiet hört man nur Strandschwalben und das Rauschen des nahen Meeres, der nahe liegende Parkplatz stört zumindest in der Nebensaison nicht. Bei der Inneneinrichtung fehlt es an nichts, das Sofa wurde ersetzt und auch die Küche ist komplett mit ausreichend Utensilien bestückt. So kann man die Köstlichkeiten der bretonischen Küche geniessen. Wenn man die absolute Ruhe liebt, ist man hier richtig!
