- A sleeping area consisting of an air-conditioned bedroom overlooking the pool equipped with a TV and a double bed, bathroom with bath / shower, two sinks and separate toilet
- a large room of 100m2 including a dining area with access to the pool terrace (capacity 12 people), a lounge area with flat screen satellite TV and an open kitchen (refrigerator with water dispenser and ice cubes) , microwave, convection oven, steam oven, stove, classic coffee maker and Senseo) with dining area for 6 people
- a storeroom with washing machine and tumble dryer
- toilets with washbasin
