In the quiet of two private gardens with wooden terraces, modern décor. On the edge of the great outdoors of the regional protected area, 350 m salt marshes, its flora and fauna. The house is 5 minutes from the beaches, 3 minutes Guerande (5 rooms cinemas) 12 minutes from La Baule and its many shops. (Clubs beaches, restaurants, night club etc ...) Activities both sporting and cultural, walking path, bike (many cycle tracks), horse, golf, all existing water activities Sailing Schools Swimming also 'acrobranche' paintball 'Isolated road, in a very peaceful, quiet and welcoming . We had a wonderful stay in a wonderful house. The house is large with a small garden and a pool. The garden in the backyard and in front of the house is surounded by a fence, so the 2 dogs couldn't run on the street. Even though, a street is directly in front of the house, there are just a few cars passing by during the day. So it's very quiet! We had two small issues with the chimney and clogged toilet and shower. The two very house service supporters, act very fast and friendlly - often inwith 24hours. The beach is beautyful - sop we will come bacl for sure.

très bien située au calme dans un joli village juste à côté des marais salants. Les baies vitrées des 2 côtés sont excellentes, il y a un côté piscine et un côté jardin indépendants l’un de l’autre.
Attention à la piscine sans mesure de sécurité pour les enfants je l’ai signalé au propriétaire c’est dangereux avec un bébé de 15 mois et une fillette de 4 ans. il faut toujours être aux aguets, mais à part ça superbe. merci encore

Quand on arrive à proximité de la maison, on se rend compte que la maison est dans une zone pavillonnaire, donc beaucoup de maisons à proximité.
Le propriétaire qui vous accueille est gentil, mais il est stressé de laisser sa résidence principale à des locataires. La maison est grande et bien agencée. Pas de peinture sur les murs… c’est un peu bizarre.
La location assez chère, ne comprend pas de serviettes, de draps, ni de torchons, il vous reste tout juste assez de papier toilette.
La semaine s’est néanmoins bien passée.
Le départ n’est pas agréable du tout. Le propriétaire plus stressé qu’à l’arrivée, vous demande de retirer les draps alors que nous avions payé une prestation de ménage ! De plus on garde votre caution pendant 15 jours… Donc pour conclure, la maison est bien, mais le prix est trop élevé pour les prestations fournies.
