Pretty recent house for small and large families or between couples of friends ....
located 30 m from the beach in a dead end overlooking the beach. A 40 m² south-west facing terrace sheltered from the wind to enjoy the sun and evenings with friends.
300m from the heart of La Turballe, you can walk to the market, shops, and numerous bars and restaurants located around the always lively port.
From the port of La Turballe, embark for 1 day on the islands of Houat, Hoëdic or Belle-Ile.
Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday or to be discussed

Optional end-of-stay cleaning fee: € 60 to be paid on site

Great location for walking to the beach & restaurants. Also a great base for exploring the area in the car. We stayed for 4 days & went to Guerande, Vannes, St Nazaire, La Crosiac, La Baule. All of them within 30 minutes- 1 hour drive. Great property, with everything you need. Would recommend to family & friends.
