About this villa rental
We are in Balagne, 7 km from Calvi, Lumio, Calenzana, 20 km from Ile Rousse.

Villa 100 m², single storey, quiet, 10 minutes drive from the beaches of the bay of Calvi.
3 bedrooms with double beds, possibility to add a bed 1 person and 1 cot
1 bathroom, separate wc
kitchen equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, gas and electric cooking plate, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, etc ...
air conditioning in the large living room and fans in the rooms
Living room with television, wifi, stereo, library and board games, large opening onto the pool.
The house is very clear, large openings overlooking the garden (2000 m²) and the pool of 8 x 5 m, fully renovated with DLW delifol membrane, fixed solar shower.
Two terraces to eat and rest:
one to the South covered, some of which by the vineyard, barbecue and gas griddle,
the other north in the shade, relaxing by this great sun.
The vast garden, flowery and sported.
Parking very big, for several cars or motorcycles.
To get to the house, we leave the road and we take the communal road very little frequented, the calm is respected, a few neighboring houses in the vicinity.
A brand new Supermarket, 3 km from the house, a beautiful bakery, tea room, a beautiful butcher, an exceptional cellar, all Corsican specialties.
Many places to discover, you will come back inevitably.
Attention: arrivals and departures are on Sunday.

Uns gefiel das Haus und die ganze Anlage in Natura noch besser, als wir es nach den Fotos erwartet haben. Die hilfsbereite Vermieterin ist sehr nett und es lief alles völlig komplikationslos ab.
Nahe Calvi ist die Lage sehr gut, nachts ist es ruhig. Wir haben unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen! Danke!

La villa è libera su 4 lati completamente recintata ed avendo un cane era perfetta, cucina funzionale e molto spaziosa, meravigliosa la loggia con tavolo per cene che da direttamente sulla piscina valore aggiunto a tutta la struttura, consiglio a tutti di fare le ferie in un Posto così !!!!!!

une maison très bien aménagée et très bien entretenue; confortable pour des vacances très agréables et reposantes; un jardin luxuriant, une vraie piscine et des propriétaires charmants et serviables. Merci pour ces superbes vacances à recommander sans hésiter!!
