In residential and quiet area near village with all shops; 5 minutes from Carcassonne and its famous medieval city and Cathar castles
Single storey villa on most with master suite in the tower 3 bedrooms on the ground floor 2 bathrooms
Area of 160 m2 on a plot of 1870 m2 landscape with taste and not overlooked summer kitchen with barbecue and bar dining area and swimming pool with diving pit
The pool area is for younger children safe
Close to sea and mountains, 1 hour 30 2 hours from Spain and Andorra
ideal for family with ping pong, table football, playground
A deposit of 1000 e must be paid at the entrance to the premises by a check which will be returned at the exit
Cleaning costs: either the house is made in the input state or the cleaning fee 80 e are payable. Supplies sheets and hand towels upon request. : Cloth adornment: 12 / bed; Set of 2 hand towels (1 large 1 small): 8 e / person

This villa was amazing. Everything was super clean and very well equipped The swimming pool is a great size with a lovely out house next to it.There are various outside areas each with seating and very well maintained.The kitchen is modern and very well equipped with everything you need for any meal.Each bedroom has electric shutters so you can get complete darkness as well as AC to keep them cool.The nearby village is small but sweet with a bakery and a very good butchers. Just a 4 minute drive.I would definitely stay here again

Good heated pool which the children loved.Good air con when required.Loved staying there but minor criticism was no upstairs toilet with bedroom. However was not a major problem. Kitchen not a very efficient design ok for holiday but would drive me mad if I lived there !!We had an excellent 3 generation holiday which started well with lovely helpful ownersWould highly recommend

We loved staying here, it was just what we needed. The villa was nice and the outside ticked all the boxes.The owners were lovely and very helpful when needed. Would recommend saying here if you want a holiday to relax and recuperate.
