About this house rental
For 6 people, nature, calm, facing south, 700 m above sea level and exceptional view in a villa refurbished for the first year of rental. The house overlooks the tech valley and allows you to embrace the Vallespir mountains up to Spain at a glance. Change of scenery guaranteed!
Thanks to two large windows, facing south and two windows, the large living room and the open kitchen benefit from both this breathtaking view and a beautiful light.
Three beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom with walk-in shower can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
Terraces and garden are places to live (barbecue, tables and chairs) and to relax (lounge chairs to rest or simply enjoy the sun).
The equipment is complete with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, flat screen TV.
Parking for several cars. Children's games (swing, slide, hut, etc.)
Sea and Spain 45 mins away
From the house, located 3 km from the village of Montferrer, many walks or hikes are possible, adapted to everyone's choice.
The village offers a free municipal swimming pool without forgetting the communal cafe and a very nice restaurant.
If you are looking for peace, nature, mountains, we are waiting for you.

Très bon accueil des propriétaires dans un gîte fonctionnel et bien équipé, avec une vue magnifique. Les enfants ont bien profité de l'environnement (animaux, jeux) et il y a pas mal de choses a faire autour du gîte (randos de difficulté facile à difficile, visites de village). Un grand merci, nous reviendrons !

Maison avec intérieur très sympa et vue époustouflante sur les Pyrénées: quel plaisir de s'y réveiller chaque matin! La situation près de la frontière nous a permis de découvrir Barcelone, Gérone et la Costa Brava mais aussi de très jolis coins des Pyrénées, rivières, châteaux Cathares etc. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre les visites de la région mais aussi les moments sur place (barbecues, balades possibles depuis la maison, piscine du village etc). Nous tenons à souligner la gentillesse des hôtes. Ni nous ni notre fille n'avons eu le temps de nous ennuyer. Un endroit que nous recommandons pour les amoureux de la nature.
