9 Dartmouth House is a comfortable first floor apartment in the centre of the harbour town of Dartmouth. Two bedrooms sleep up to four guests. Open plan living accommodation includes a well equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting room. A furnished balcony enjoys views of the River Dart. A short, level walk from shops, restaurants and the waterfront, 9 Dartmouth House is ideal for a couple or family looking to explore Dartmouth.
Amenities: Electric oven, four-ring gas hob with extractor over, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. TV, Wifi. Secure underground parking for one car. Central heating and hot water. All bed linen and bath/hand towels are supplied. You will need to bring tea towels and beach towels. Strictly No Smoking
