Whether the Cherry or Chestnut Cottage, they are suitable for all people and even people with reduced mobility. The son of the owner is a member of FNATH (National Federation of Labour Accidents and Disabled federation recognized public utility). The doors are wide, window handles and switches up.

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans un logement bien équipé et une terrasse avec une vue dépaysante. Il y a de l’espace extérieur pour les enfants entre autre en bas âge. Eine echte Alternative zum Mittelmeer! Wir reisten im Juli 2020 mit 2 Kindern (7 und 11 Jahre alt) + Mama und Papa und einem Hund in eines der 2 Ferienhäuser von der Familie Ladet. Ein herzlicher Empfang erwartete uns! Bei Ankunft und auch bei der Abreise wurden wir mit selbstgemachter Marmelade aus dem Obst - und Küchengarten beschenkt. Das Ferienhaus bietet alles, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Die Vermieter sind sehr kinderfreundlich und selbst unser Hund durfte frei auf den Wiesen rund um die Häuser, zwischen Hühnern und Schafen herum toben... Die Vermieterfamilie wohnt in der Nähe. Sie sind immer diskret! Immer ansprechbar, wenn man eine Frage hat. Das Haus liegt in den Bergen mit einer faszinierenden Aussicht. Der alltägliche Einkauf will organisiert sein, da es doch einige Kilometer bis zum Bäcker, Supermarkt, etc sind. Ein top Ausgangsort für unzählige Ausflugsmöglichkeiten entlang der Ardeche oder in die Provence. Besonders genossen haben wir die Spaziergänge in einer vielfältigen Landschaft, das Baden in der Ardeche, die Kanu - Touren und am Abend unseren Wein auf der Terrasse. ;) Alles in Allem - Eine echte Alternative zum Urlaub am Mittelmeer! Ce chalet est placé dans un endroit magnifique, avec une vue a couper le souffle. Il est bien conçu et nous a permis d'y sejourner avec 4 enfants sans probleme. Il est tres bien placé comme point de depart pour visiter une bonne partie de la region. Le propriétaire et ses enfants sont très sympatiques et avenants, et la grand mere est tout simplement formidable et aux petits soins pour notre confort. Draps repassés, produits locaux, cours de tir a l'arc donné par ses talentueux enfants, conseils et j'en passe, voici ce qui vous attends en arrivant dans ce havre de paix ! Encore merci a vous pour votre accueil chaleureux ! On vous embrasse :)

En location dans le gite cerise, pour 5 personnes. Accueil au top, propriétaire accueillant, souriant, petites confitures maison pour finir ! Arrivée et départ sans stresse ! Le gite correspond exactement aux photos ! Fonctionnel et confortable, propre et bien entretenu ! La vue est juste à couper le souffle ! Proximité de beaucoup d'activité ! (canoë pour nous) Il y a des chances qu'on profite encore du gite dans le futur ! :) seul bémol, revoir un petit peu l'indication du lieu ? Le nom du village et et le nom du mas aurait suffit ! la fine équipe lyonnaise !

We hadden een heel aangenaam verblijf in dit mooi vakantiehuisje. We werden door de eigenaars zeer hartelijk ontvangen en kregen zelfs zelfgemaakte confituur bij aankomst. De vakantiewoning is mooi ingericht, heel proper en goed uitgerust met alle nodige keukenmaterialen. In het dorp (4 km rijden) is een bakker en beenhouwer aanwezig en kan men kleine boodschappen doen. Ook daar kan je baden in de rivier. We hebben genoten van de rust en de kalmte en het mooie uitzicht vanaf het terras. Kortom, deze vakantiewoning is een aanrader!!!

Une semaine passée dans le gîte "Châtaigne" Il n y a absolument rien à redire :Accueil sympa des propriétaires, maison très fonctionnelle, rien ne manque et tout est propre.Nous avons apprécié le calme, la vue dégagée de la terrasse couverte qui est très bien exposée.Il y a même la télévision.Un coin baignade surveillée les commerces se trouvent à 10 minutes en voiture de la location.Séjour à conseiller vous ne serez pas déçu. Tres bon accueil dans une maisonnette toute neuve et propre comme un sou neuf! Le gite est fonctionnel ( vraiment complet au niveau équipements) et proche de tout dans les 10 -15 mn (commerces, baignades... ) en voiture. On est au calme et la vue est dégagée. La clim est appréciable... Nous n'avions que peu de jours de vacances mais nous les avons appréciés. Les propriétaires sont toujours à l'écoute du moindre soucis et très réactifs. Je recommanderai fortement ce gite à tout vacancier amoureux de l'ardêche. famille Gnassounou
