About this villa rental
Ideally located, the OURIDA villa is close to all shops (crossroads and retailers ...) and amenities (bus, taxi, spa, clinic ...).
Located in a cozy and residential area of Marrakech, you will be 15 minutes from the medina, 10 minutes from the train station and 5 minutes from the European district (Gueliz hivernage).
The Villa is located in a private and ultra secure residence (security 24/24 and 7/7)
Swimming pool not overlooked.
You can swim in a private swimming pool and not overlooked, always maintained with care.
The exterior consists of an exotic garden and tree-lined walls, as well as a covered terrace and an outdoor shower and wc.
The property has private parking with motorized gate.
The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with all the necessary household appliances and crockery.
A cook for your breakfasts and snacks can be made available to you.
The villa has 2 large oriental lounges and 1 European TV corner on the ground floor.
4 bedrooms are at your disposal, including 1 specially fitted out in a cozy lounge with tv / vod / dvd corner.
3 bathrooms including a beldi hamam and 1 with a bathtub will allow you to relax. (the villa has a total of 4 toilets, 2 of which are separate)
You can also sunbathe and relax on our roof terrace on the top floor.
The house is equipped with a heating and air conditioning system as well as wifi on all floors.
2 SMARTS tv will allow you to surf the web and watch your favorite movies and series.
One or more vehicles can be made available for you to stroll through the ocher city and its jewels (the famous JAMAA EL FNA square / the old medina ...) but also discover the OURIKA valley and these waterfalls, the lake LALLA TAKERKOUSTE and many other wonders.
The villa is ideally located for getting to all these places with or without vehicles. (bus station and taxis nearby, but also tourist bus)
Villa OURIDA likes to welcome couples and families.
The residence and the villa are guarded and monitored 24/24 and 7/7.
The prices charged for the rental of the villa are valid for 6 people. (a supplement of 23 euros per additional person per night will be required)
The residential area of TARGA MARRAKECH is calm and secure.
There are all, sports facilities (urbanism football on artificial grass ...) cafe, restaurant, bakery, pastry shop, shopping center (crossroads, anima), small grocery store, but also drugstore, laundry and popular catering near the villa .

We had a fantastic stay at this house, it is huge and really well maintained, the owner and Sidi the caretaker were both very hospitable and helped us with all our needs, the rooftop terrace is lovely to relax and enjoy the last sunshine, the swimming pool was heated and also had a cover over it so it kept its heat as we went in January and the evening temperatures normally cool the pool down.
The owner helped us book our trips and restaurants /taxi etc… we can’t fault the location or the house, it was well equipped kitchen /bbq etc…

Everything for this rental went smoothly and our experience was a really good introduction to Morocco. The owner was a great communicator and the house large, clean, and lovely. Sidi Ahmed, the caretaker, was available for all our needs. We hired a cook and a driver as the house is in a residential area too far from sites and restaurants to walk. We were looked after so beautifully and are grateful for the care received.
