Large air-conditioned studio located in the lower part of a villa, on private property, with independent access.
Our family will welcome you in a lush, ventilated, calm environment with a wide, luxuriant view.
Located in the center of Guadeloupe, for blue or green tourism, Petit-Bourg is the ideal location to take advantage of the advantages of our whole island, both of Grande-Terre and Basse-Terre.
Quick and easy access to major highways, which will facilitate the discovery of tourist sites, the most beautiful beaches, scuba diving sites, rivers, waterfalls, rainforest ...
We are also close to all amenities:
- 5 km from shops and supermarkets ...
- 15 minutes from the Jarry industrial area.
- 20 minutes from the airport.
Details of the apartment:
- The studio is composed of a living room with a sofa / sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed of 160x200 and cupboard adjoining a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
In the extension, a large covered terrace of 40m2 composed of a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen area (electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge ...).

- Sheets, towels and kitchen provided.
- Washing machine.
- Outdoor shower, hammock.
Access to the accommodation is via a staircase.

Tres bel appartement joliment décoré avec beaucoup de gout. Nous avons également apprécié la cuisine sur la terresse et sa vue.Le logement est parfaitement équipé, rien ne manque. Les propriétaires sont discret et emilie tres accueillante et disponible. Un grand merci a vous pour ses 4 jours passés sur basse terre. Une tres bonne adresse

L'accueil des hôtes, l'agencement et l'emplacement de l'habitation, l'environnement très végétalisé et fort bien entretenu, tout est avec 5 étoiles, accès discret et indépendant.
Ce fut un agréable séjour à Petit Bourg, très central pour découvrir la Guadeloupe.
