Villa of very recent construction (June 2012), with equipped terrace overlooking Ile Rousse with panoramic views of the sea, the port and the city of Ile Rousse, comfortable with 3 bedrooms with individual bathrooms, living room overlooking the terrace and fully equipped American kitchen. One bedroom is on the ground floor, the other 2 bedrooms are upstairs.
Private parking at the foot of the villa.

On the ground floor is the living room with sofa, TV; the kitchen is adjoining the living room with a counter that separates the 2 rooms. The living room and the kitchen open onto a 28 m2 terrace where there is an outdoor lounge, a large table, 2 sun loungers, a barbecue. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a gas stove with electric oven, 4 gas burners; extractor hood, microwave, fridge with freezer, small kitchen equipment (coffee maker, mixer, blender, etc.) and various utensils.
A laundry room with washing machine, cupboard is also on the ground floor. 1 WC is on the ground floor and the other on the landing upstairs.

Une vue inespérée, un petit village juste au dessus de la maison, l un des plus mignons que nous avons visité. Bien situé pour balade au nord sud ou dans le centre de la Blagne. Nous recommandons tes fortement.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans une maison très fonctionnelle et une vue imprenable sur l'ile rousse. Le propriétaire est disponible et sympathique, la maison est conforme aux appréciations disponibles sur le site.

Maison très accueillante, très bien aménagée (et équipée) et très calme. La vue est magnifique. Très bien située (à coté de l'Ile Rousse). Restaurants et commerces à proximité dans le village.
