ERIC and EVELYNE will welcome you in their villa at 30m from one of the most beautiful beaches of the island, where the seabed is very pleasant to see, you can also swim very closely with the turtles. So do not forget your masks and snorkels.
Villa divided into 2 apartments located 30 m from the beach. Positioned in height, it offers a panoramic view of the small cove of Anse Dufour.
The first apartment is an F1 consists of an air-conditioned room for the night and for the nap; a bathroom, a kitchen and a terrace that can accommodate: - a couple and a baby 350 € the week.
The second apartment is an F3 offering 2 air-conditioned bedrooms for the night and for the nap, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a living room and a terrace that can accommodate: From 3 people for 680 € the week and 10 € per day and per person, knowing that it can accommodate up to 7 people.

Cadre idyllique et propriétaires charmants. 2 des plus belles plages de l’île accessibles à pied (avec des enfants !), c’est très appréciable.

Une maison vraiment sympa idéalement située. Des hôtes toujours à l'écoute.
Si vous aimez le calme et la tranquillité cet endroit est juste paradisiaque.

Il faut y être pour y croire, la maison est comme sur la plage, c'est magique !! Propreté, clarté, spacieuse, lumineuse, ... Tout pour passer un agréable séjour. Eric et Émilie habite le rdv, on se croise et toujours disponibles et sympathiques. Un seul point négatif, la machine à laver le linge est chez eux et pas dans la location, mais c'est un détail qui s'oublie vite. Le lieu est sans voiture, mais c'est un vrai plus pour vivre juste au bruit des vagues ...

We stayed at the house for 8 days and loved every minute of it. Anse Dufoir is just steps away and offers an incredible snorkeling experience. Anse Noir is a 5 minute walk away. It’s less crowded and has a shack that rents sea kayaks and diving masks. There is a short hiking trail on the peninsula between the beaches. The beaches were incredible and we had a great time at both. The house is made up of two rental units. They can be connected together to fit more people. The first unit has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably fit 4 adults. The second has a single bedroom with a king size bed. All of the bedrooms are equipped with AC but the living room (that has a sofa bed) only has a fan. The house contains three bathrooms with all the necessary amenities though the shower door in one of the bathrooms was broken. There is a wonderful porch at the front of the house with a great view.It is essential to have a car when staying at this house. The house is several kilometers away from the main road in a small fisherman village. There is a restaurant and 2 food shacks steps away from the house. The nearest grocery store is approximately 10 minutes by car. The parking is on the beach access road 200 meters from the house but the road gets very busy with traffic as many come to enjoy the beach. It may be difficult finding nearby parking space during the day. Although the owners didn’t speak English, they patiently answered all our questions that we translated on the phone. They were very friendly, welcomed us to the house and helped us throughout the stay.Thank you, Eric and Evelyne! We had a great vacation and we will be back.
