Rent a wonderful holiday flat just in front of the Trapani Beach!
"Erice Beach" Residence
Flat on 2 floors, furnished and equipped,
In the 1st floor there is a living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom and terrace overlooking the sea.
In the 2nd floor there is 1 bedroom with double bed king size (and air conditioning) and the other bedroom has 2 single beds.
There is a bathroom with shower and the other terrace overlooking the sea.
The residence has swimming pool (open approx 15/6-15/9) and private parking, It's just at 20 meters from the beach.
The apartment is equipped with ceilling fans and AC in the main bedroom, TV and washing machine.
Just in front of the beautiful beach of Trapani, free beach and private establishments at 20 meters from the entrance of the Residence.
2-floors apartment in excellent condition.
Bed-linens and towels are included into the final price.

This apartment has many strengths such as 2 private bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - one 2 piece and one 3 piece. There is a washer, drying rack, 2 balconies, secure parking, great view and convenience to the beach and the owner is very responsive to any request. We walked 100m to a lido called The Sun Club where we rented chairs and an umbrella for the day for 15€. There are awesome excursions from the apartment: Erice by cable car - best in the late afternoon for sunset, San Vito Lo Capo, Zingaro, Mozia and we also went to several wineries like Donnafugata, Florio in Marsala. Great choice for an apartment in Trapani.

I would give this a better than 4 rating. Gabriele was a wonderful host. The two bedroom flat was so clean and was perfect for me and my two siblings. He also made suggestions on what to see around the town. We would recommend visiting Erice. He also met us at what time we arrived with no problems. Grazie Mille.

Très bel appartement et bien situé. Dommage qu'il n'y avait pas de climatisation, mais nous avons passer de très bonnes vacances dans cet appartement et dans la région.
