The villa is located in the Natural Reserve of the Stagnone Islands with views of Mozia, Santa Maria, Isola Lunga and in the distance the Egadi Islands. The garden is 3000 sq m fenced rich cacti, olive trees, pines and flowers. It offers beautiful sunsets, tranquility, close contact with nature, maximum privacy and a great sense of freedom. Entrance-living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, large veranda, terrace - solarium, covered parking, even an outdoor shower to cool off from sunbathing, barbecure to cook great barbecued food. Typical sounds: crickets, cicadas, little birds. On-site support for info or needs.

We booked this wonderful house for 5 days with friends and family and had a great time! The house, its property and the surrounding area are very nice as well as Francesco and Rino, who are extremely friendly and helpful. All in all: this is a very calm place where you can sleep deeply and recharge from city stress as well as having a good time with friends. Also the area is great and allows long walks, swims or biking tours and also to get to know and enjoy great food and people

What a nice location and view very near to the seaside, to nice restaurants, the salines, and of course the towns like Erice, Marsala and Trapani.
We enjoyed all the days even as the weather was a bit cold and stormy.

Decent house in quiet kite surf area. Nice big garden and spaceous house. Furniture is not really comfortable.
