About this house rental

Close to a wood and close to the Lille metro, accessible in 5 minutes by car, the kitchen with all the household appliances and the living room open onto a wooden terrace and its garden through large picture windows, facing south. North side, a double bedroom with a small private bathroom. Upstairs, 3 double bedrooms are served by 1 bathroom with shower and bath, and 1 toilet.
Good location to discover Lille and its metropolis with its museums, parks, restaurants and numerous shops. In terms of nature, the Bois de Boulogne and its citadel, the heron park in Villeneuve d'ascq, walks along the Deule. On the Belgian side, 20 minutes from the house, you have bellewaerde and its attractions and ice mountains in Comines, where you can ski all year round on real snow with winter mountain temperatures before feasting on the mountain restaurant overlooking track with fondue or raclette or other specialty!

I stayed for a week because of the proximity to the Tour de France in Lille.The house is modern with off street parking for 2 cars on a quiet side road. The garden is securely enclosed and pretty. Very nice internal decor and clean with everything you could need.I would recommend to stay if you are in this area around Lille.The owner is friendly and helpful, everything went well with no problems.

Mila the lady who greeted us at the property and managed the property was fantastic! She was so helpful and friendly. Amazing person. We all had a great time exploring and returning to a lovely house to relax in the evening. Would highly recommend.

House situated perfectly for what we wanted to do, everything that was needed was in the house even a bbq was available for use. The owner was lovely and extremely helpful showing us how everything worked, when we had an issue with the tv she came over to show us how to set it all up. Nothing was too much trouble! Will definitely stay there again.

Nous avons passé deux très belles semaines dans cette maison, très agréable et très bien équipée, très joliment décorée. Le fond d'épicerie, tout le linge de maison fourni, le ménage inclus : tout ceci constitue vraiment un plus, une belle tranquillité d'esprit. L'accueil, fait par la voisine, était vraiment très sympa, plein de conseils... L'emplacement régional est également parfait pour rayonner entre Belgique, côtes d'opale ou mer du nord, Arras... Si on devait revenir dans la région nous y retournerions avec plaisir!

Nous avons passé une belle semaine en famille dans cette jolie et agréable maison. Grâce à l'accueil de la propriétaire nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis comme chez nous. Tout est fait pour que nous nous sentions bien. La propriétaire est sympathique, disponible et à l'écoute. La maison est très bien équipée et propre, rien n'a manqué. Le jardin est un petit Havre de paix. Nous recommandons vivement cette location. Pour notre part, c'est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons lors de notre prochain passage dans le nord.

J'ai séjourné chez Emmanuelle avec des amis, afin de nous rendre à un mariage à proximité. La maison est spacieuse et propre, l'ambiance est chaleureuse, on s'y sent bien tout de suite ! Les équipements sont nombreux et de qualité (barbecue au gaz, terrasse, piscine hors sol, etc.). A noter toutefois que nous n'avons accès qu'à une seule des 2 salles de bain contrairement à ce qui est mentionné dans l’annonce, ce qui peut être un peu juste pour 5/6 personnes. Nous avons été accueillis par une voisine d'Emmanuelle, mais étions tout de même en contact avec elle. Rien à redire niveau accueil, je recommande !!

Excelent séjour dans une jolie maison très confortable pour quatre adultes. À notre arrivée Mme Schuler nous a très gentiment accueillis: elle nous a montré la maison, expliqué le fonctionnement des électroménagers et aussi conseillé des visites à faire dans la région. La maison était très propre et bien équipée. Dommage qu'on n'a pas pu trop profiter du jardin à cause de la méteéo, mais ce sera pour la prochaine fois. Casa muy coqueta y confortable para cuatro adultos. Mme Schuler fue muy simpática en su recibimiento y además de enseñarnos la casa y explicarnos el funcionamiento de los electrodomésticos nos aconsejó visitas en la región. Una pena no haber podido disfrutar demasiado del jardín por el tiempo, pero queda pendiente para la próxima vez
