This splendid 200m² luxury property with an infinity pool overlooking an exceptional sea view boasts a truly unique style, just 200 metres' walk from Fautea beach.

- Air-conditioned bedroom 1 on the ground floor with a double bed, wardrobe and shower room with access to the outdoor terrace, pool and sea view
- Air-conditioned bedroom 2 on the ground floor with two single beds, chest of drawers and shower room with access to the outdoor terrace, pool and sea view
- air-conditioned bedroom 3 on the ground floor with a double bed, wardrobe and shower room, window with mountain and greenery views
- air-conditioned bedroom 4 ‘master suite 1’ on the first floor with commanding sea views, a dressing room, a shower room with double shower, a separate toilet and a roof terrace balcony
- Bedroom 5 ‘master suite 2’ with air conditioning, located in the independent studio adjoining the house, with shower room and WC, sea and scrubland views.
A beautiful living space awaits you, very well exposed and bright, opening onto the terrace and swimming pool area. You will enjoy its living room opening onto the dining area and its well-equipped kitchen (gas hob/oven, American fridge with freezer, dishwasher, etc.).
Outside, the villa's 2,000m² grounds are fenced with four parking spaces and an automatic gate at the entrance. Enjoy unforgettable moments with friends or family on the large wooden terrace (100m²) furnished with garden and pool furniture (Fermob lounge area and deckchairs) and enjoy delicious grilled meals thanks to the electric barbecue/plancha. The villa is non-smoking except outside.
Babies can be accommodated in addition to the maximum number of guests (6), with equipment (travel cot, pushchair, high chair, etc.) available for hire from the concierge service. Sheets and small bath towels are provided if a travel cot is hired. These details will be confirmed depending on the equipment already available in the house.
This property gives you access to the entrance to Fautea beach, 200 metres away. The villa in Sainte-Lucie-de-Porto-Vecchio is a 5-minute drive from shops, a chemist and a tobacconist.

About the Concierge Service Les Villas Maury takes care of our house:
As part of our hotel-style service, household linen (beds, bathrooms and kitchen) is included in the rental and provided according to the number of guests (percale duvet cover, percale flat sheet, percale pillowcases, bath towel, small towel, bath mat, kitchen towels).
To start your stay, you will have a sponge, a bin bag in each bin in the accommodation (kitchen & bathroom), one roll of toilet paper per toilet, cleaning spray, two washing machine tablets and two dishwasher tablets, pepper/salt and olive oil.
However, you will be responsible for replacing some of these items (washing-up liquid, salt/pepper, olive oil).
Check-in is from 5pm to 9pm (late check-in charged by the concierge service) and check-out is by 10am at the latest (late check-out charged by the concierge service). Keys are handed over in person only, as we like to meet you and give you all the necessary information about the accommodation and answer any questions you may have.
We will do our utmost to welcome you at a time that suits you best, however, times may vary depending on the time at which the previous guests leave, the condition in which the accommodation is left, and any repairs or other work we may need to carry out between rentals.
The concierge service will contact you one week before your arrival to request additional information by text message and will inform you in real time of the time your accommodation will be available, so please let us know if you are running late.
For your information, this is a furnished tourist rental, not to be confused with the services offered by hotels or guest houses. We therefore ask all our guests to respect the premises and to comply with any requests made by the concierge service.
Upon arrival, an inventory will be signed by both parties. Any damage or breach of the house rules will be subject to dispute.
In order to protect the environment and avoid waste, you may leave unopened refrigerated items and dry goods in the cupboards, which will be collected so they do not end up in the bin. However, everything else must be thrown away.
Additional services are available (please let us know your requirements as far in advance as possible for organisational purposes) for a peaceful trip (prices available on request):

The villa is just amazing. Beautiful scenery and view to the sea, rather small but nice infinity pool where kids can play, secluded from the other properties. The vila itself is very well organized with high quality and beautiful decorations. The inside and outside of the villa is excellent for a group of families that want to spend time together. Very well equipped kitchen, with multiple fridges and lots of other amenities. The upper room is just gorgeous, with wonderful view on the sea and an amazing bathroom. The windows of the villa are all large and give you a nice immersion into the surroudings. Overall, very pleased with our stay.

A nos âges avancés, nous ne sommes pas pressés de rejoindre le paradis. Nous avons pourtant découvert ce qui pourrait en être le cadre dans la maison de Valérie. In et out, tout est de goût, en tout cas du nôtre.La chambre parentale est une invitation aux plaisirs......

La vue est superbe, c'est pour cela que j'avais choisis cette villa. Personne n'a été déçu ! Le mobilier est contemporain, fonctionnel et de qualité. Le petit plus, la climatisation, la Corse c'est beau mais il fait chaud, avec nos 2 bébés de 2 mois1/2, c'était mieux ! Si la famille ne s'agrandissait pas toujours plus, nous y retournerions chaque année sans se poser de questions ! merci aux propriétaires.
