Living room-lounge area equipped with a 2-seater sofa bed, bay window opening onto the terrace, television.
Bedroom with access to outside, 2 single beds.
Renovated bathroom in 2024: sink, shower, WC.
Possibility of parking a vehicle in front of the house access gate. Accommodation capacity: maximum 4 people.

Arrival: 4pm-6pm Please notify us in case of late arrival.
Deposit: €350 to be paid on site.
Charges: included from mid-May to early October, electricity on meter reading outside this period.

Good garden and parking. Compact property, great shower room but poor water pressure. Small bedroom. Kitchen needs a re-fit . House electrics need upgrading. Overall fine for a one week stay.
